Position

This hut is in a completely secluded location next to an empty stable! Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. Meadow, forest, mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. The large mountain meadow in front of the hut is also ideal for model aircraft enthusiasts. From the hut you have a wonderful view of the Seetal Alps.

Nearest town Neumarkt for shopping 10km. Inn 4.5km. Walking paths directly from the house. Indoor swimming pool Therme Wildbad 12km. Swimming pond from 6km, tennis 11km, bike rental 11km, horse riding 6km, golf course 16km, Friesach Summer Games, castle building in the castle town of Friesach 27km.

Furnishing

Very tastefully furnished alpine hut with antiques. On one floor you will find a spacious living room with a seating area, pull-out couch if required, 2x satellite TV and tiled stove. Kitchen with wood stove, oven, electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, bread slicer, mixer, toaster, dining table and couch. 1 double room. Shower, toilet, infrared cabin. WiFi available. Heating with tiled stove and, if required, electric, hot water boiler. In front of the house there is a garden with seating area, deck chairs, grill and wood-heated alpine tub with a wonderful view. There is also a well and a pond below the hut. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Local tax currently € 2.10/person/night, electricity according to meter currently € 0.40/kwh, wood € 40/week, pellets € 8/bag, final cleaning € 60,-, pet € 40,-/week.
