Position

The hut is located in the middle of the Präbichl ski arena, right next to the Zellerhang and the Polster Quattro. Very sunny and absolutely quiet with a view of the mountains and the Grübl mountain lake. The hut can be reached by car up to 50m below.

Distances

Skiarena Präbichl ski area, Polster Quattro chairlift (not open in summer) next to the hut. Ski school, practice lift, illuminated toboggan run nearby. Ski rental at the valley station. 21km long cross-country ski trails in the Eisenerzer Ramsau up to 1064m above sea level, 10km away. Indoor swimming pool 10km away. In summer you can take a single chairlift to almost 2000m in just 11 minutes! From here there are numerous marked hiking trails in the Hochschwab South region and the Eisenerzer Alps. An Eldorado for paragliders. Styrian Erzberg 8km away. The Grübl mountain lake Präbichl with PADI/CMAS diving school (underwater petting zoo) 350m away offers perfect relaxation after a hike or mountain tour. Shopping in the next town of Vordernberg 5km away or Eisenerz 8km away. Serviced hut 290m away.

Position

The hut is located above the municipality of St. Georgen am Kreischberg, sunny, quiet and next to a stable building where cows are only kept in winter; in summer the building is empty and you have a quiet, secluded location.

Distances

Nearest town Sankt Ruprecht 2km or Sankt Georgen 5km, inns in the immediate vicinity, Kreischberg ski area 6km, Turrach 20km. Cross-country ski trail nearby. The lifts are also in operation in summer for hikes. Hiking and biking trails directly from the house. Golf course with 18 holes in 7km. Styrian Wood Museum 3km. There are also swimming facilities, an outdoor pool and a bathing pond (approx. 6km). At the landlord's farm 300m away you can go horse riding or visit cows, cats or pigs. You can also buy eggs or a snack here.

Position

The hut is in a secluded location, directly on the banks of the Gellsee, at the foot of the Lachtal in Styria. The Gellsee is an idyllic raised moor lake where you can also swim in the summer. The lake is only for residents.

Nearest town Oberwölz 12km, Scheifling 16km, Lachtal 3km, In summer ideal for mountain bikers, extensive hikes to managed huts! Right by the lake is a moorland plant educational trail where you can walk on larch wood walkways.

Ground floor: Entrance to the winter garden with seating area, satellite TV, exit to the lakeside terrace. There is a whirlpool here. On the lakeside terrace in front of the hut, next to a seating area and grill, there is also your private whirlpool (with electricity). In the wooden hut next door there is your own sauna. The bio-combination oven offers you 4 treatments: classic sauna hot and dry, herbal steam for the respiratory tract, steam bath wonderfully relaxing and moist for the skin or family bath, which is also suitable for children. From the sauna you can step straight into the natural moor pool with spring water or take a swim in the lake. Next to the hut there is a lawn, fountain and deck chairs. SUP available.

Position

The hut is in an absolutely idyllic location in the Styrian Sölktal, a side valley of the Ennstal. On the edge of the forest, by a stream, surrounded by meadows, forest and nature. There is a sparsely inhabited hut nearby, otherwise it is isolated. You can really relax here, there is no internet and cell phone reception only extends up to about 7km into the valley.

Distances

Next larger town Stein an der Enns 20km, Potzalm alpine pasture 3km. Hikes to the Schwarzensee, with some alpine pastures directly from the hut. The area is wonderful for mountain biking! Tip for sporty types: from the hut along the Tuchmoarbach, up to the Hohensee and over to St. Nikolai. There you get on the valley bus, which takes you back to the Kleinsölktal. The 4km route from the hut to the valley bus station is relatively flat, but you could also do it by car. In winter, four-wheel drive and chains are recommended!

The small hut has a large, comfortable room with a seating area, wood stove, oven, 1 double bed. Well and running water in front of the hut, lighting with kerosene lamps or candles, no electricity. Outhouse. In front of the hut there is a garden with seating and a barbecue area by the stream. Please bring your own bed linen/towels.

This hut is in a completely secluded location next to an empty stable! Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. Meadow, forest, mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. The large mountain meadow in front of the hut is also ideal for model aircraft enthusiasts. From the hut you have a wonderful view of the Seetal Alps.

The hut is located on the edge of a large meadow, on a sunny plateau, with a wide view, as the outermost of 5 huts that are not very often inhabited. Very quiet, away from roads and traffic, ideal for children!

Nearest town Preg 5km or St. Stefan ob Leoben 7km. Gaaler Lifte ski area 30km, Präbichl or Obdach ski areas 45km each. Marked hiking trails from the hut, swimming pond 8km away.

The hut is completely isolated, in absolute peace and quiet, in the middle of the Salzburger Lungau Biosphere Park, in the beautiful Schönfeld high valley. Here, surrounded by the Nockberge mountains, nestled in the border triangle of Salzburg, Styria and Carinthia, you can really switch off. In summer it can be reached by car, in winter the hut can be reached up to 500m via a footpath along the cross-country ski trail.

In winter, Schönfeld is a real natural snow paradise thanks to its sunny location! The lift 1km away is ideal for children! The 20km long, perfectly groomed high-altitude cross-country ski trail runs right past the hut! The snowy landscape is wonderful for walking or for ski tourers. Innerkrems ski area 5km, St. Margarethen 17km. In summer, the high valley offers numerous hiking trails and is also an Eldorado for mountain bikers! Position

Only 1km from the center of Saalbach, but still absolutely quiet and surrounded by meadows. In winter access up to approx. 200m depending on snow conditions (snow chains may be required); in summer access up to the hut.

Distances

Here it's time to strap on your skis and head to the slopes, which are directly accessible via the Schattberg ski route! You have a direct connection to all ski lifts in Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang. 270km of slopes, 70 lifts, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, etc. and of course après ski await you! Ideal as a starting point for hikes in the Glemmtal, bike rental, tennis, swimming pool, etc. in the village 1km away. The Saalbach region offers 400km of hiking trails, and those who prefer to pedal can head to the Saalbach Hinterglemm bike paradise on over 400km of well-signposted bike routes and trails. Saalbach Hinterglemm is the largest bike region in Austria. For families there are themed hiking trails, adventure playgrounds, swimming fun and many attractions.

This very well-kept hut has been deliberately left quaint and rustic. You will find a cozy cabin room with a seating area and rocking chair. The heating stove and the open fireplace (wood, and wood briquettes available in winter) ensure a homely atmosphere. The kitchenette has a gas stove, and there is a cool cellar. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Hygienic outhouse accessible from outside (always emptied when cleaned). Lighting using battery-powered LED lamps. Furniture safe available! In front of the hut there is a fountain and a small stream. In the garden there is a fireplace and a brick garden grill, as well as seating and deck chairs. Enjoy the view of the center of Saalbach, the opposite side of the mountain and the Glemmtal from the large wooden relaxation cradle for 2 people! Let yourself be pampered: the price includes use of the wellness area in the owner's apartment building 400m away. Here you will find a sauna, infrared loungers and a place to charge batteries. There is also a physiotherapist here who can be booked on request.

Position

The alpine hut is located in the Rauris Valley, on the outskirts of Bucheben. Quiet, secluded location, in the middle of a large property with 3 ponds, 2 of which have fish. The donkey, a horse and our mule graze on the property. Access to the hut is via a gravel road.

Distances

There is a small shop with a bar 750 m from the hut (farm bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, dairy products, farm products from the valley, small hot dishes, coffee, cakes, etc.), and a riding stable 750 m away. The cycle path runs directly 50 m from the hut. The area is simply ideal for hikes of all levels of difficulty to the many serviced huts in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Furnishing

The cabin has a living room on the ground floor with a seating area, kitchenette with wood stove and oven, washing up (cold water), eating and cooking utensils and a camping gas cooker. The stove is used to heat the cabin and to heat the water. The bedroom with 3 double beds is on the upper floor. 24-volt solar power for lighting is available. Mobile phone charging facility (12 volts). Outhouse in the garden. In front of the cabin there is a large garden, seating, solar garden shower (hot water when the sun is shining) outside and a grill (please bring your own charcoal). Fishing rod available.

Position

Die Hütte liegt in einem kleinen Hüttendorf, in wunderbarer Almlandschaft. Göriach ist bekannt für ein wunderschönes und vor allem sehr sonniges Gebirgstal mit bäuerlichem, dörflichem Charakter. Wanderer und Bergsteiger finden hier das ersehnte Naturerlebnis. Der Alpenverein hat Göriach nun sogar in die Riege der „Bergsteigerdörfer“ aufgenommen. Hier ist das Bewusstsein über den Einklang zwischen Natur und Mensch noch lebendig und man respektiert natürliche Grenzen. Die Hütte liegt am Fuße des Hochgollings, dem mit 2862m höchsten Berg der Niederen Tauern.

Serviced hut in the village. The nearest larger towns with shops, swimming pool, tennis, etc. are Mariapfarr in 12km or Tamsweg in 15km. Wonderful hikes or bike rides along the mountain stream to waterfalls and up to small lakes and to the AV refuge hut! 

Furnishing

The cabin is simply and rustically furnished. Living room with seating and wood stove for cooking and heating, one bedroom with 3 beds. First floor: storage room, where up to 4 people can be accommodated. No electricity, solar light, solar cell phone charging station. Diagonally opposite is the small, private bathing cabin with shower (solar boiler 120 litres, solar light) and outhouse.
