Position

About 4 km above Pruggern, next to the valley station of the Galsterberg gondola, very quiet and sunny, with a wide view of the surrounding mountains and the Dachstein. 

Distances

Gondola lift to the family-friendly ski area (only open in winter) right next door. The Galsterberg ski area offers 20km of wide, perfectly groomed slopes and is part of the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152km of groomed runs and is also a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). Ski school with childcare and ski rental directly in the house below. Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from the house in Ennstal in 9km. The 7km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) ends right next to the house. Of course there is also the option of snowshoe hiking or horse-drawn sleigh rides. Riding stables and tennis in the village, swimming lake in 10km, golf in 15km or rafting in 15km! High ropes course with team course 12km. Direct access to the Alpentour Steiermark cycle path possible! Wonderful hiking trails to managed alpine pastures from the house!

The new double cabin consists of 2 identical, 250m2 large and completely separate units for up to 24 people each. Each half of the cabin has: Ground floor: entrance area with separate ski storage/ski boot dryer with fan, 1 toilet, 50m2 living room with kitchen corner perfectly equipped with electric stove, oven, 3 fridges and freezers, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. Bar with beer tap (for those kegs that are available on site), large seating area, fireplace and cozy couch corner with satellite TV. Exit to the spacious 25m2 sun terrace with seating area, deck chairs and grill. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch and shower/toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms for 2 - 4 people each, each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch, own shower/toilet. In one bathroom there is a sauna in addition to the shower. The cabins have central underfloor heating, WiFi. A lockable bicycle garage is available. We ask that you do not smoke in the huts! The ski school with ski rental is located in the basement (own entrance due to the hillside location) of the 2 huts. (Winter only). Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The hut is located in the middle of the Styrian pine country, above the Murtal, on the outskirts of St. Wolfgang and on the edge of a holiday resort. Beautiful view of the Seetal Alps and the Zirbitzkogel area.

St. Wolfgang is an idyllically situated mountain village at 1,273 m above sea level. Guest house 500 m. Obdach with shops, inns 7 km. Ideal starting point for mountain and mountain bike tours in the Zirbitzkogel massif and in the Seetal Alps with numerous marked hiking trails and serviced huts. Position

The hut is located in the middle of the top skiing and hiking area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, about 2 km above the town of Lengau, on a sunny slope, with a wonderful view. The hut can be reached by car all year round via a forest road. In winter, the snow is cleared on the Saturday of arrival/departure (snow chains are still needed!), and only occasionally during the week. There is a garage for 2-3 cars. In winter, the hut can also be reached via the lifts (gondola and chair lift) or on foot (approx. 30 minutes uphill from the middle station).

Ski slope right outside the door! Serviced hut 350m in winter, 1km in summer. Ski school in Hinterglemm. Cross-country ski trail in the village. Shops and restaurants in the village 2km away. Large pond for splashing just 1km below. In summer, wonderful hikes and mountain bike routes from the hut. Own above-ground pool for splashing (diameter approx. 5m/height 1.2m) under the hut.

Nearest larger town for shopping is Murau 10km, swimming pond 6km, ski areas Grebenzen 10km, Kreischberg 20km. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails from the hut. Tip: Visit the Holzwelt in Murau, the largest adventure center for wood. Here you can take part in wood walks in the summer months.

The hut is located about 20 km from Spital am Semmering, in the Fischbach Alps. The hut is isolated, very quiet and sunny with a wonderful view below the Pretul, in the neighborhood of Peter Rosegger's Waldheimat.

The hut is located in Styria, at the foot of the Lachtal valley, on a 3ha alpine meadow, with a large fish pond (high season), isolated.

Distances

The Lachtal ski area can be reached on skis via the ski route (1km) when there is enough snow, otherwise 1km by car. Shops and restaurants 1km during the season, otherwise about 15km to Oberwölz, cross-country ski trail in the immediate vicinity, toboggan run 2km, swimming lake 5km. Healing tunnel for asthma sufferers 15km. In summer, the Lachtal delights with its pleasant altitude, the vastness of the hiking area and routes for every hiking desire. The Lachtal 6-seater chairlift takes you up to 2,000m above sea level. The mountain station is the ideal starting point for wonderful hikes, be it a summit tour or a ridge hike with a wonderful panoramic view.

Our new chalet is located in front of the farm, on a sunny slope, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and not far from the Kitzbühel Alps region. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the upper Salzach Valley and the town of Hollersbach. It is only about 600m downhill to the Panoramabahn: the entry point to the top skiing and hiking area of Kitzbühel. The national park offers an endless number of excursion destinations, hiking and biking trails.

Hollersbach town with shops and restaurants 1.5km. Mittersill 6km. Gondola station of the Panoramabahn ski area Kitzbühel 600m below. In just 12 minutes you can float at an altitude of 1892m to 179km of slopes, a snow park and over 60 restaurants and huts!
