Town of Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, après ski, shops, bakery 500m. The slope leads directly past the huts! The Planai West lifts or the chairlift (Hochwurzen) start 300m below. In the centrally located reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, pizzas, groceries, cigarettes. In the hut village there is also a 300m² swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6km, rafting 3km, ski school with rental 300m. Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!

Furnishing

The chalets have 3 floors and an entrance on both the basement and the first floor. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160cm x 200cm) for up to 2 children, with satellite TV and its own bathroom/toilet. The house is ideal for 12 people, but with the couches there is room for up to 12 children, making a maximum of 24 people. First floor: entrance with cloakroom, small safe, ski boot dryer, ski depot, toilet. The living room has a real cabin feel: here you live under the massive open wooden ceiling under the roof, and the large windows offer a wide, unobstructed view over the meadow and towards the sunset. The living room has a cozy couch corner with a view of the central fireplace, as well as satellite TV, a seating area at the large table, and a kitchen corner perfectly equipped for self-catering! There is an electric stove, 2 ovens, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, wine cooler, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a beer tap (for the village's own barrels). Choose wine (white, red or rosé) and champagne from the wine fridge (for a fee). If you don't want to cook yourself, we will be happy to organize a private chef for you! He comes from Schladming and will spoil you with pleasure, preferably with local food and at fair prices. On this floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, couch, satellite TV, private shower/toilet. MIDDLE FLOOR: Here are 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and, if required, a pull-out couch (160x200cm) with satellite TV and private shower/toilet and exit to the terrace with table tennis table. The huts are made by local craftsmen and the best materials, extremely elaborately, offer every comfort and have a very special feel-good atmosphere. Position

Our Dachsteinblick hut village is located on an area of 30,000m², about 4km above the town of Pruggern in the Ennstal. In winter you are right in the ski area and on the toboggan run, and in summer you are high up in the fresh mountain air, with a wonderful view of the Dachstein and the evening sun.

Distances

Our huts are located in the middle of the family-friendly Galsterberg ski and hiking area, right next to the valley station of the gondola, accessible by car all year round. The town of Pruggern is 5km away, in the Ennstal, about 14km from Schladming and only 100km from the festival city of Salzburg. Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from Haus im Ennstal in 9km. Ski school with childcare just 100m opposite, right next to the gondola. The 5km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) ends at the hut village. Of course there is also the option of snowshoe hiking or horse-drawn sleigh rides. In the hut village there is a 200m2 swimming pond with a small playground. Table tennis available. Bread roll service! Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site! Alpine hut near the gondola, après ski in winter, pizzeria in summer: Happyalm. Riding stables and tennis in the village, swimming lake 10km away, golf 15km away or rafting 15km away! Position

On the edge of the forest, above the existing huts of the Dachsteinblick hut village, 7 luxurious chalets with their own pool were built. The location is unique! Quiet, sunny and with a wonderful view both towards the Ennstal and the Dachstein. You are right in the skiing and hiking area, and the huts are easily accessible by car!

Distances

The hut village is located above the Ennstal, about 14 km from Schladming and only 100 km from the festival city of Salzburg. Ski-in/ski-out! The valley station of the gondola lift to the Galsterberg ski area with 15 km of slopes and 5 lifts is diagonally opposite and can be reached on skis. Ski school with childcare, ski rental only about 150 m away. Galsterberg is a member of ski-amadé (760 km of slopes with just 1 ski pass!). Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise with 230 km of slopes from Haus im Ennstal in 9 km. The alpine hut is in a sunny and quiet location, in the middle of the Lachtal skiing and hiking area. Below is the landlord's second hut (KAI-STM) and 2 huts for private use. There are meadows around the hut, a pond below and a small natural playground.

Distances

Ski slope that leads to the Lachtal ski area, right in front of the hut! The Lachtal is one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Styria. There is not only a fun children's area, 35 km of slopes, but also plenty of space for freeriders. Cross-country ski trail and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. Ski rental can be organized directly on site. Inn 1km, shop 2km (in season), otherwise nearest town 10km. Ideal for mountain bikers and hikers. Position

Tauplitz is known for its fairytale winter landscape, cozy ski huts and wonderful sunny location. The hut is completely alone, in the middle of the ski and hiking area, 42 kilometers of slopes, ski schools, hiking and bike trail network right outside the door! In summer, access with your own car (toll fee). In winter, you can drive to the valley station of the Mitterstein gondola lift and there is a parking lot there. (Fee as of 2023: approx. € 30 / week). The hut is located below the middle station, accessible via a short descent or on foot via the slope. The landlord can help with luggage transport with the Skidoo (fee € 40). You can also drive up to the Schönialm, which is about 250m below (toll road and parking fee € 30 / week). From here, luggage/passenger transport with a snowcat (for a fee of approx. € 80) from 5 p.m. after the slopes close.

Ski and hiking area directly in front of the hut, ski school at the gondola, winter hiking trail at the gondola mountain station, Bad Mitterndorf 8km, Tauplitz 14km, Bad Aussee 25km. Managed alpine pasture in winter 250m. In summer you are in the middle of the Tauplitzalm hiking area with its 6 crystal-clear mountain lakes and numerous managed alpine pastures. Tip: cycle downhill on the Tauplitzalmstraße to Bad Mitterndorf, along the Salzkammergut cycle path to Tauplitz, take the cable car up (free bike transport) and across the sunny plateau, past huts and mountain lakes back to the hut.

Nearest town Sankt Ruprecht 2km or Sankt Georgen 5km, inns in the immediate vicinity, Kreischberg ski area 6km, Turrach 20km. Cross-country ski trail nearby. The lifts are also in operation in summer for hikes. Hiking and biking trails directly from the house. Golf course with 18 holes in 7km. Styrian Wood Museum 3km. There are also swimming facilities, an outdoor pool and a bathing pond (approx. 6km). At the landlord's farm 300m away you can go horse riding or visit cows, cats or pigs. Position

The hut is located in the middle of the top skiing and hiking area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, about 2 km above the town of Lengau, on a sunny slope, with a wonderful view. The hut can be reached by car all year round via a forest road. In winter, the snow is cleared on the Saturday of arrival/departure (snow chains are still needed!), and only occasionally during the week. There is a garage for 2-3 cars. In winter, the hut can also be reached via the lifts (gondola and chair lift) or on foot (approx. 30 minutes uphill from the middle station).

Ski slope right outside the door! Serviced hut 350m in winter, 1km in summer. Ski school in Hinterglemm. Cross-country ski trail in the village. Shops and restaurants in the village 2km away. This great alpine hut has on the ground floor: a cozy living room with seating area, dining table, couch, satellite TV, kitchen corner with electric stove, oven, wood stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and exit to the large sun terrace. 2 double rooms with satellite TV, bathroom with shower, toilet. First floor: 2 double rooms with satellite TV, shower/toilet. Basement: sauna (up to 30kWh included) with exit to the outside. Ski boot dryer, storage room with freezer. Central heating. In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with seating and grill and a wonderful view. In the main summer season of July and August there is an above-ground pool (diameter 5.5m/height 1.20m) under the hut for splashing around. Smoking is not allowed in the hut. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer available.
