Position

Our Dachsteinblick hut village is located on an area of 30,000m², about 4km above the town of Pruggern in the Ennstal. In winter you are right in the ski area and on the toboggan run, and in summer you are high up in the fresh mountain air, with a wonderful view of the Dachstein and the evening sun.

Distances

Our huts are located in the middle of the family-friendly Galsterberg ski and hiking area, right next to the valley station of the gondola, accessible by car all year round. The town of Pruggern is 5km away, in the Ennstal, about 14km from Schladming and only 100km from the festival city of Salzburg. Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from Haus im Ennstal in 9km. Ski school with childcare just 100m opposite, right next to the gondola. The 5km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) ends at the hut village. Of course there is also the option of snowshoe hiking or horse-drawn sleigh rides. In the hut village there is a 200m2 swimming pond with a small playground. Table tennis available. Bread roll service! Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site! Alpine hut near the gondola, après ski in winter, pizzeria in summer: Happyalm. Riding stables and tennis in the village, swimming lake 10km away, golf 15km away or rafting 15km away! The cabins are made of wood and very comfortably furnished. Ground floor: Large cabin room (approx. 35m²) with seating area, fireplace and satellite TV, WiFi. Integrated fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, beer tap (for those kegs that are available on site). Exit to the sun terrace with seating area and grill. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch (160x200cm). Bathroom with 2 showers, sauna. 1 toilet. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms for 2-4 people each, each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch (160x200cm), 3 showers/toilets. High chair and cot (foldable travel cot 60x120cm) available on request. Each cabin has central heating. We ask that you do not smoke in the cabins!

Position

On the edge of the forest, above the existing huts of the Dachsteinblick hut village, 7 luxurious chalets with their own pool were built. The location is unique! Quiet, sunny and with a wonderful view both towards the Ennstal and the Dachstein. You are right in the skiing and hiking area, and the huts are easily accessible by car!

Distances

The hut village is located above the Ennstal, about 14 km from Schladming and only 100 km from the festival city of Salzburg. Ski-in/ski-out! The valley station of the gondola lift to the Galsterberg ski area with 15 km of slopes and 5 lifts is diagonally opposite and can be reached on skis. Ski school with childcare, ski rental only about 150 m away. Galsterberg is a member of ski-amadé (760 km of slopes with just 1 ski pass!). Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise with 230 km of slopes from Haus im Ennstal in 9 km. The 5 km long, illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) ends at the hut village. Of course there is also the option of snowshoe hiking or horse-drawn sleigh rides. The cabins are built from wood by local craftsmen, exclusively and extremely luxuriously furnished and offer a real feel-good atmosphere. Ground floor: Large cabin lounge with seating at 2 tables. The central fireplace visually divides the room between the comfortable couch corner with satellite TV and the well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a beer tap (for those kegs that are available locally). From the lounge you can get to the west-facing sun terrace with seating and a grill. Here you will find your private, heated 5x3m pool! Also on the ground floor is 1 bedroom with double bed, pull-out couch (160x200cm) if required, with its own shower/toilet. Wellness area with sauna, showers and exit to the outside. 1 toilet, ski boot room, safe. First floor: 5 bedrooms for 2-4 people each, each with 1 double bed and, if required, pull-out couch (160x200cm) with satellite TV and private bathroom with shower/toilet. Position

About 4 km above Pruggern, next to the valley station of the Galsterberg gondola, very quiet and sunny, with a wide view of the surrounding mountains and the Dachstein.

Gondola lift to the family-friendly ski area (only open in winter) right next door. The Galsterberg ski area offers 20km of wide, perfectly groomed slopes and is part of the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152km of groomed runs and is also a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). Ski school with childcare and ski rental directly in the house below. Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from the house in Ennstal in 9km. The new double cabin consists of 2 identical, 250m2 large and completely separate units for up to 24 people each. Each half of the cabin has: Ground floor: entrance area with separate ski storage/ski boot dryer with fan, 1 toilet, 50m2 living room with kitchen corner perfectly equipped with electric stove, oven, 3 fridges and freezers, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. Bar with beer tap (for those kegs that are available on site), large seating area, fireplace and cozy couch corner with satellite TV. Exit to the spacious 25m2 sun terrace with seating area, deck chairs and grill. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch and shower/toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms for 2 - 4 people each, each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch, own shower/toilet. In one bathroom there is a sauna in addition to the shower. The cabins have central underfloor heating, WiFi. A lockable bicycle garage is available. We ask that you do not smoke in the huts! The ski school with ski rental is located in the basement (own entrance due to the hillside location) of the 2 huts. (Winter only). Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Nearest place for shopping Murau 4km, Kreischberg ski area 12km, Grebenzen 10km, Frauenalpe 10km. Laßnitz swimming pond 4km. Many hiking opportunities from the hut. Tip: Visit the Holzwelt in Murau, the largest adventure center for wood. Here you can take part in wood walks in the summer months.

Rustic cabin room with seating area, couch, satellite TV and wood stove. Hatch to the kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee machine. The hut is located above the municipality of St. Georgen am Kreischberg, sunny, quiet and next to a stable building where cows are only kept in winter; in summer the building is empty and you have a quiet, secluded location.

Distances

Nearest town Sankt Ruprecht 2km or Sankt Georgen 5km, inns in the immediate vicinity, Kreischberg ski area 6km, Turrach 20km. Cross-country ski trail nearby. The lifts are also in operation in summer for hikes. Hiking and biking trails directly from the house. Golf course with 18 holes in 7km. Styrian Wood Museum 3km. There are also swimming facilities, an outdoor pool and a bathing pond (approx. 6km). At the landlord's farm 300m away you can go horse riding or visit cows, cats or pigs. You can also buy eggs or a snack here.

The hut is located in a forest clearing, about 6 km after Rettenegg in a wonderful, secluded location. A small stream flows next to it. The last 2 km are on a well-maintained forest road, which ends at the hut.

Rettenegg with guest houses, indoor swimming pool (summer only), supermarket, shops 6km. Stuhleck or Semmering ski areas 20km each. Ideal starting point for hikes to Hochwechsel, Stuhleck, Pretul or directly to the town of Rettenegg.

Next town with shops is Stein an der Enns 8km, managed alpine pastures where you can get butter, cheese, bread (around June - September) from 1 hour walk from the hut! Schladming 27km, Grimmingtherme Bad Mitterndorf 35km, Aich bathing pond 16km, Putterersee 30km, Gröbming swimming pool 14km, Mössna swimming pool 9km. 

Furnishing

The hut consists of one room. In it you will find a seating area, wood stove, sink (cold water), 2 beds. No electricity, solar light. In front of the hut there is a well, seating area, grill, outhouse, small fish pond with trout.
