Position

The hut is in a secluded location, directly on the banks of the Gellsee, at the foot of the Lachtal in Styria. The Gellsee is an idyllic raised moor lake where you can also swim in the summer. The lake is only for residents.

Nearest town Oberwölz 12km, Scheifling 16km, Lachtal 3km, In summer ideal for mountain bikers, extensive hikes to managed huts! Right by the lake is a moorland plant educational trail where you can walk on larch wood walkways.

Ground floor: Entrance to the winter garden with seating area, satellite TV, exit to the lakeside terrace. There is a whirlpool here. Rustic hut parlor with kitchenette with coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, seating area, couch, cozy tiled stove, wood stove, electronic hotplate, oven. Wine fridge with quality wines from the Styrian Kowald winery (farm prices), 1 shower/toilet (hot water via wood stove). Position

On an area of 24,000 m² there are seven comfortable large huts (type SEP-STM) for up to 24 people and six luxurious smaller huts (type SPA-STM) for up to 12 people, as well as a reception hut with an apartment (APA-STM) for up to 10 people on the upper floor and a shop on the ground floor (open during peak season) with bread roll service, drinks, baked goods, groceries, cigarettes. The huts are in a very quiet and sunny location on a high plateau with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, the Ennstal and the Dachstein.

Distances

The huts are in the middle of the family-friendly Galsterberg ski and hiking area, 5km above the town of Pruggern. Accessible by car all year round. Pruggern is in the Ennstal, about 14km from Schladming and only 100km from the festival city of Salzburg. Village shop in Pruggern, supermarket 10km away. The Galsterberg ski area offers 20km of wide, perfectly groomed slopes and is part of the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152km of groomed slopes and is also a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from Haus im Ennstal in 10km. The 5km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) runs past the huts! Ski school with childcare 300m down the valley from the valley station, easily accessible on skis. Alpine hut near the gondola, après ski in winter, pizzeria in summer: Happyalm. Of course there is also the possibility of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides. Riding stables and tennis in the village. Ground floor: Large cabin room (approx. 30m²) with upholstered seating area, satellite TV, WiFi, DVD/CD player, couch and fireplace. The indirect lighting and the chopped old wood create a homely atmosphere. Perfectly equipped kitchen corner with electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, beer tap (for those barrels that are available on site). High chair and cot (folding travel bed 60x120cm) available on request. Exit to the sun terrace with bench and grill. Bathroom with sauna, 2 showers and whirlpool. 1 toilet. Position

The hut is located in the middle of the Styrian pine country, about 10 km from Obdach and about 1.5 km from St. Wolfgang, accessed via a flat gravel road. It is located in a forest clearing, completely isolated, in absolute peace and quiet with a view of nature.

Distances

The next town, St. Wolfgang, is an idyllic mountain village. It is an ideal starting point for mountain and ski tours in the Zirbitzkogel massif and the Seetal Alps with numerous marked hiking trails and serviced huts. There are 3 ski lifts in St. Wolfgang, otherwise the Klippitztörl ski area is 40 km away. Thermal baths 25 km away

This hut is in a completely secluded location next to an empty stable! Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. Meadow, forest, mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. The large mountain meadow in front of the hut is also ideal for model aircraft enthusiasts. From the hut you have a wonderful view of the Seetal Alps.

The path ends at a snack station about 50m above. Werfenweng ski area with 25km of slopes in 5km. Pfarrwerfen 8km. Leisure park with idyllic natural swimming lake, water slide, and lakeside pub 5km. The famous Eisriesenwelt is 10km. Werfenweng is ideally located in the middle of Salzburg, only 45km from the city of Mozart and offers 85km of hiking trails, managed inns and is also ideal for mountain bikers! Float up to 1,850m above sea level on the Ikarus cable car in summer too! Circular hiking trails and toboggan run from the hut!

Position

The Family Resort is located on a sunny plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng, just 45 km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle. In December 2023, 4 luxury chalets will open near the hotel, which can be used with all the resort's services (excluding food and drinks).
