Position

Directly on the ski slope, near the middle station of the gondola lift and in the middle of the Loferer Alm hiking area, isolated, with a wide panoramic view of the village and the surrounding mountains. In winter, the gondola lift takes you up to the house, which stops about 150m above the house - so it is also easily accessible for non-skiers. In summer, or depending on the snow conditions, the house can be reached directly by car.

Ski slope directly from the house. Mountain restaurant 100m above. Beautiful hiking trails, waterfall path, circular hiking trails, some of which are also easy to do with a stroller, directly from the house. The location is also ideal for cyclists! The hut is located on the Loferer Alm, right in the skiing and hiking area. In winter, the location is simply ideal! The hut is only about 70m from the mountain station of the gondola lift and is therefore also ideal for non-skiers and small children! It is easy to get there with a stroller or sled. The landlord will help you transport your luggage. In summer, it can be reached directly by car (1x toll).

3 ski areas with 408 km of slopes are just 9 km away! Endless mountain fun between Kitzsteinhorn, Schmittenhöhe and the Skicirus Saalbach-Hinterglemm thanks to the Ski ALPIN CARD! The new cable car connection Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in 9 km. Those who prefer a quieter experience can drive to the Naglköpfl adventure mountain with fun park and baby lift in 4 km. Kitzbühel ski area 25 km. Illuminated toboggan runs in the area. Our new chalet is located in front of the farm, on a sunny slope, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and not far from the Kitzbühel Alps region. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the upper Salzach Valley and the town of Hollersbach. It is only about 600m downhill to the Panoramabahn: the entry point to the top skiing and hiking area of Kitzbühel. The national park offers an endless number of excursion destinations, hiking and biking trails.
