Position

The hut is in a very quiet location, in the middle of the ski and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In summer it can be reached by car (1x toll), in winter it can be reached via lifts and on skis or 10 minutes on foot from the mountain station of the gondola. (Luggage transport with the hut owner)

Distances

Town of Lofer for shopping 7km, ski area directly in front of the hut, high-altitude cross-country skiing trail in front of the hut, hiking trails from the hut, serviced hut 500m.

Furnishing

The rustic hut has been completely renovated inside and extended with the new building at the back. On the ground floor you will find a cozy hut room with a seating area, tiled stove, couch and satellite TV. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. Save waste: the hut has the best drinking water and a Sodastream device. 2 small double rooms/sleeping bunks, 1 four-bed room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, double sink and sauna, 1 toilet. In the newly built rear part of the hut, next to the stable (empty when the hut is rented out), there is a large entrance area with a cloakroom, toilet and on the upper floor 1 double room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower/toilet. Electric central heating, radio, freezer available! WiFi (for a fee). In front of the hut there is a seating area, grill, deck chairs and a wide alpine landscape!

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Electricity € 0.50/kwh, wood € 50, local tax € 1.70/person/night, cleaning € 100. If required, bed linen € 9 and towels € 5.50 can be rented. Dog € 40/stay. Extra bed € 20/night. Deposit € 250.
