Position

Am Waldrand, auf einer Sonnenterrasse liegt die Hütte neben einer kleineren Almhütte (die nur im Sommer vermietet ist „KVO-SBG“). Im Winter (bei Schneelage) Zufahrt bis ca. 300m (Gepäcktransport durch Hüttenbesitzer) – im Sommer direkt bis zur Hütte (steiler Schotterweg).

St. Martin im Lammertal with shops, cafes, restaurants 2km. Seepark nature adventure pool 2km, tennis court 1.5km, golf course 15km. Salzburger Sportwelt ski area 15km, Dachstein-West 10km, toboggan run 4km. In summer, the swimming pool and tennis court 1.5km, golf course 15km. The region offers countless marked hiking and cycling trails to managed alpine pastures!

Ground floor: In the hut's living room there is a kitchenette with a wood stove, oven, electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator and coffee machine. Sitting area, passage to a cozy parlor with a couch corner, fireplace. Next to it is 1 double room, 1 small twin room, shower cubicle, toilet. Stairs to the upper floor, where there are 2 triple rooms under the attic. Heating with a comfortable pellet stove or electric. Wi-Fi available. In front of the hut there is a large terrace with a grill and sun loungers.
