Position

The hut is in an ideal location! In the district of Zell am See, in the beautiful Salzburg region, isolated and very sunny, above Walchen near Piesendorf, with a wonderful view of the Salzach Valley and the Zell am See region. Access via a dead-end road that ends at the owner's farm above.

Distances

3 ski areas with 408 km of slopes are just 9 km away! Endless mountain fun between Kitzsteinhorn, Schmittenhöhe and the Skicirus Saalbach-Hinterglemm thanks to the Ski ALPIN CARD! The new cable car connection Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in 9 km. Those who prefer a quieter experience can drive to the Naglköpfl adventure mountain with fun park and baby lift in 4 km. Kitzbühel ski area 25 km. Illuminated toboggan runs in the area. Nearest place for shopping Walchen 3.4 km, mountain bike route directly from the house, horse riding 4 km, Zell am See 12 km, swimming lake 6 km, Tauernspa Kaprun 9 km. The house owners' organic farm is about 300 m above. Here you can buy homemade products.

Furnishing

The over 200 year old farmhouse has been completely renovated with a lot of love, taste and comfort. Ground floor: Large living room with tiled stove and perfectly equipped kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, radio. 2 double bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with shower and corner bath. First floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 with washbasin), second living room with seating area, satellite TV and kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machine. Shower, toilet. Relax in your own sauna. WiFi (€ 10/week). Central heating. In front of the house there is a garden seating area, grill, deck chairs.

Electricity € 0.35/kwh, local tax currently € 2.30/person/night, bed linen/towels can be rented € 10/set, pet € 25/week. Extra bed € 10/day.
