The farmhouse is located next to the farm, with numerous animals such as cows, calves, rabbits and cats, above the village of St. Veit, very quiet.

Town 6km, St. Johann-Alpendorf ski area (Ski amadé) 16km, touring area on site. Toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh rides, horse riding in the town. Indoor pool, swimming pool, cinema 16km in St. Johann. Böndelsee or Goldegger See 6km. Wonderful mountain bike area on site. Fresh milk, home-made fruit and rowanberry schnapps on site.
