Strap on your skis and ski from the hut to Zell in Zillertal, a total of 165 kilometers of slopes, state-of-the-art lifts, guaranteed snow until spring. Access to the cross-country ski trail from the hut. Ski school 2km, Filzsteinalm toboggan run 2km. Bread roll service and sports shop nearby. Nearest places to shop Königsleiten 1km, Krimml 10km, Gerlos 11km away. In summer, the region is also a highlight for all those who love the mountains! Hikes or extensive bike tours directly from the hut. If you like action: the Zillertal Arena offers Arena Coaster, Arena Skyliner and Flying Fox, single trails, via ferratas, water experiences such as rafting and canyoning, paragliding and much more! The Durlassboden reservoir is only 3km away. The spring water is over 20 degrees in midsummer and offers wonderful refreshment for splashing around, swimming or pedal boating. The double cabin consists of 2 completely separate units. (Part on the left "GER-SBG" and part on the right "LOS-SBG"). You live in the right part. Here you have your own side entrance to the ground floor: cozy living room with seating area, tiled stove, couch and satellite TV. Perfectly equipped kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. Toilet. Position

The hut is located on the Gstoder, in the idyllic Seetal, in the middle of the alpine pastures, in wonderful peace and quiet, with a wonderful view! Access via a 5km long forest path that ends at the hut. Please do not drive from 5pm in the evening until nightfall (resting time for the wildlife)!

Distances

50m above there is a mountain hut where you can enjoy a mountain snack from around mid-June to mid-September. The nearest town is Tamsweg 17km away, Prebersee 26km away, fishing is possible at Seetaler See 5km away. Hiking trails directly from the hut to the 2,241m high summit. Ski areas St. Margarethen, Mauterndorf, Fanningberg each 30km away. Ski tours on the Gstoder from the hut!

Furnishing

The 200-year-old hut has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. Entrance hall with wood stove, oven. Here you cook and heat the water that you get from the well in front of the hut. Cozy living room with seating area and tiled stove, 1 double room. From the entrance hall on the left, stairs lead up to the attic room with the double room and on the right, a ladder leads to the attic room with the storage room for 2 people. Behind the hut, an outhouse (which is constantly emptied). In front of the hut, a sunny seating area, well, barbecue area. Light with gas cartridges, electricity via generator if required.

Position

The hut is in a wonderful, secluded location and is in absolute silence, with a wide view, about 2 km above Lake Preber. It can be reached via a 1.5 km long forest road (in winter with four-wheel drive/chains).

Distances

The 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 2km away, very nice circular hiking trail around the lake, start of the mountain bike Preber tour from the hut! Serviced hut on the lake with local cuisine 2km, in summer many alpine pastures are also serviced. Next big town Tamsweg 11km. Speiereck ski area 20km.

The cabin has a very cozy living room on the ground floor, which is built around the large stove, which is also used for cooking. Kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, coffee machine. Position

The Family Resort is located on a sunny plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng, just 45 km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle. In December 2023, 4 luxury chalets will open near the hotel, which can be used with all the resort's services (excluding food and drinks).

Rosnerköpfl gondola lift directly opposite with forest ropes course, mountain cart track, FunLiner, downhill skiing, mountain bike trails and restaurants. Werfenweng ski area with 29km of slopes in 1.5km, Ski Amade Hochkönig or Flachau each 24km. Cross-country skiing in the valley, toboggan run directly opposite. The hut is very sunny, absolutely quiet, with a wonderful view, in the middle of the skiing and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In winter, you can reach it by cable car and then by chairlift and a slight incline (luggage transport with the hut owner) or non-skiers can walk 1km to the hut after the cable car. In summer, you can drive directly there in your own car (1x toll). In summer, the cows are on the mountain pasture and the landlord comes by twice a day to milk them.

Position

In the middle of the family-friendly Fageralm ski and hiking area, next to the FAG-SBG hut, with a wonderful view of the Dachstein panorama. The Fageralm ski area is a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). The Fageralm is connected to the other ski areas by a free ski bus. Directly in Forstau, on the Fageralm, you will find 7 lifts with 15km of slopes.

The hut is located directly on the ski slope and in the alpine pasture and hiking area. In winter, access by ski lift (chair and drag lift) and descent to the hut or footpath from the chair lift 1.5 km. Luggage transport (passenger transport also possible on request) by the landlord with a skidoo. Tobogganing possible from the hut, serviced hut 150m. Accessible by car in summer, ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. Shopping, horse riding, tennis, golf, horse-drawn sleigh rides, etc. in the valley in the towns of Forstau and Radstadt 10 - 14 km away.

Position

The hut is located in the middle of the hiking area, in the sunny Lungau, in the rear Murtal, just 1.5 hours from the source of the Mur. The quiet location is ideal for families, there are 2 alpine huts next door, otherwise it is a secluded location.

Distances

Next town Muhr 12.5km, Sticklerhütte 1.5km, Sankt Michael 24.5km. Rotgüldensee 8km. The hut is ideally located for hiking and biking. Every day to a different peak, a serviced hut or a mountain lake directly from the hut. Here, Austria's second longest river meanders along picturesque meanders through the high valley to the Murursprung at 1,989m, where crystal-clear spring water bubbles out of the mountain. You can now climb to the Murtörl or experienced climbers can climb through rocky terrain to the Schmalzscharte (2,444m). From the hut you can go on tours around the Schöderhorn and even into the Großarltal. The Mur cycle path has its first stage here: from the Murursprung it goes comfortably downhill, through forests, past mountain lakes, around 14.5km out to Muhr, and you can return comfortably with the valley bus! Come along with your e-bike! The Sticklerhütte, which is open in summer, has an e-bike charging station!
