Position

The hut is located in the middle of the top ski area of the Zillertal Arena, on the Gerlosplatte, above several holiday homes. Wonderful sunny location with a view from the edge of the ski area to the reservoir! Direct access by car. 

Distances

Direct access to the Zillertal Arena ski area from the hut! Strap on your skis and ski from the hut to Zell in Zillertal, a total of 165 kilometers of slopes, state-of-the-art lifts, guaranteed snow until spring. Access to the cross-country ski trail from the hut. Ski school 2km, Filzsteinalm toboggan run 2km. Bread roll service and sports shop nearby. Nearest places to shop Königsleiten 1km, Krimml 10km, Gerlos 11km away. In summer, the region is also a highlight for all those who love the mountains! Hikes or extensive bike tours directly from the hut. If you like action: the Zillertal Arena offers Arena Coaster, Arena Skyliner and Flying Fox, single trails, via ferratas, water experiences such as rafting and canyoning, paragliding and much more! The Durlassboden reservoir is only 3km away. The spring water is over 20 degrees in midsummer and offers wonderful refreshment for splashing around, swimming or pedal boating. There is also a surfing school, sunbathing area and children's playground here! A special hiking tip: the circular hike around the reservoir with refreshment options at the Gasthof Finkau, Bärschlagalm and the Seestüberl on the dam crest. Breathtaking hike: With a drop of 380 meters, the Krimml Waterfalls are among the most impressive natural spectacles in the world! 

Furnishing

The double cabin consists of 2 completely separate units. (Part on the left "GER-SBG" and part on the right see "LOS-SBG"). You live in the left part. Here you have your own side entrance to the ground floor: cozy living room with seating area, tiled stove, satellite TV. Perfectly equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. 2 double rooms, 1 twin room. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The ground floor is barrier-free! From the living room there is a staircase to the top floor, where you will find a double room in the attic. Heating with tiled stove and electric. WiFi available. Bed linen and towels available. Terrace with seating in front of the cabin. We ask that you do not smoke in the cabin. 

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Flat rate € 7/person/night (minimum € 25/night), local tax currently € 2.05/person/night, final cleaning € 150. Deposit € 400.
