Position

The hut is in a wonderful, secluded location and is in absolute silence, with a wide view, about 2 km above Lake Preber. It can be reached via a 1.5 km long forest road (in winter with four-wheel drive/chains).

Distances

The 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 2km away, very nice circular hiking trail around the lake, start of the mountain bike Preber tour from the hut! Serviced hut on the lake with local cuisine 2km, in summer many alpine pastures are also serviced. Next big town Tamsweg 11km. Speiereck ski area 20km.

Furnishing

The cabin has a very cozy living room on the ground floor, which is built around the large stove, which is also used for cooking. Kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, coffee machine. Cozy seating area with stove bench, exit to the covered terrace with a wonderful view. Shower/toilet. Sauna (accessible from outside). First floor: Stairs directly into the triple room (double bed, single bed), passageway to a small double room and passageway to a twin room with an extra bed (approx. 170cm long) with balcony! Solar system 220 volts. Heating, hot water with wood stove. Large garden in front of the cabin with seating area, barbecue area, fountain. Bring your own bed linen and towels. Pamper yourself with a massage on site! (for an additional charge and on request)

Local tax currently € 2.30/person/night, wood briquettes € 3/10kg, wood € 4/box. Final cleaning € 55, pet € 30/week. Snow clearance € 90.
