The new cable car connection Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in 9 km. Those who prefer a quieter experience can drive to the Naglköpfl adventure mountain with fun park and baby lift in 4 km. Kitzbühel ski area 25 km. Illuminated toboggan runs in the area. Our new chalet is located in front of the farm, on a sunny slope, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and not far from the Kitzbühel Alps region. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the upper Salzach Valley and the town of Hollersbach. It is only about 600m downhill to the Panoramabahn: the entry point to the top skiing and hiking area of Kitzbühel. The national park offers an endless number of excursion destinations, hiking and biking trails.

Hollersbach town with shops and restaurants 1.5km. Mittersill 6km. Gondola station of the Panoramabahn ski area Kitzbühel 600m below. In just 12 minutes you can float at an altitude of 1892m to 179km of slopes, a snow park and over 60 restaurants and huts! The luxurious chalet offers space to relax on 2 floors. Due to the hillside location, you enter the chalet from above and go directly into the large living room under the roof, with a fully equipped kitchen, seating area, fireplace, cozy sofa, gallery with 2 beds. Toilet. Basement: large wellness area with free-standing bathtub, sauna/steam cabin and rainforest shower and exit to the sun terrace with hot tub. 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Toilet. All chalets are furnished with natural materials, high quality and with attention to detail. Loden, linen, old wood and pine wood, as well as natural clay plaster ensure the highest level of comfort and coziness. WiFi available.

Order conveniently via tablet and we will set your breakfast table at the time of your choice with pastries from the local bakery, muesli, jams and honey, sausage, cheese and ham as well as fruit, milk, yoghurt, eggs, coffee or tea!
For an additional charge: lunch and dinner (in the evening directly in the chalet).
