In the picturesque "Heutal", ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and families, right next to the ski and hiking area. Sunny location. The Heutal is known as a paradise for ski tourers, hikers and bikers. In winter, depending on the snow conditions, the hut can be reached directly or by car up to 200m. Luggage transport on request.

The Heutal family ski area with 4 drag lifts, 12km of slopes and a ski school is right in front of the hut! The Loferer Alm ski area (46km of slopes) is 15km away, Tiroler Steinplatte (32km of slopes) 18km away. Shops 7.5km away in Unken. Inn 200m, toboggan run nearby, long cross-country ski runs from the hut, countless hiking and biking trails to gorges or caves from the hut! Bad Reichenhall thermal baths 17km away, mountain bike rental 7.5km away. The house is the ideal starting point for trips to Salzburg, neighboring Tyrol or Bavaria!

The farmhouse has been renovated from the ground up and lovingly, luxuriously and comfortably converted. Ground floor: hut parlor with seating areas, underfloor heating, tiled stove and integrated kitchen with electric stove, oven, wood stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, kettle. Storage room with freezer, ski boot dryer. 1 shower/toilet, 1 toilet, sauna with shower, relaxation area and exit outside to the large wooden fountain where you can cool off. First floor: living room with satellite TV and balcony. 2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, shower, toilet. Top floor: 3 double rooms. Gas central heating. Washing machine available. Leisure/seminar room with football table under the mansard. WiFi available. 4 sledges on site. Sunny seating area in front of the hut, covered arbor and covered natural stone grill, garden, lots of meadow all around! Small stream nearby. Please do not smoke in the house. For bookings of up to 8 people, the top floor is closed.
