Position

Directly on the ski slope in the Loferer Alm ski area (46 km of slopes, high-altitude trails, fun park), isolated, completely quiet, above the village with a wonderful view. In summer accessible by car (1x toll), in winter via ski lift (gondola), luggage transport with the hut owner.

Distances

Skiing and hiking area in front of the hut, small umbrella bar (open during the day when skiing is in operation) 80m, if there is enough snow you can sled down into the valley, shopping in the village 4km, inn 1km. Tennis 4km. The Loferer Alm is 1km above and offers wonderful refreshment in summer: 2 mountain lakes on the Alm invite you to cool off! The waterfall path offers 12 sparkling stations and leads through shady forest and along roaring waterfalls up to the Alm. 

Furnishing

The comfortable hut has on the ground floor: living room with seating area and cozy tiled stove and integrated kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wood stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine. Save waste: the hut has the best drinking water and a Sodastream device. 1 four-bed room, toilet. First floor: 3 double rooms (2 with balcony), 1 large four-bed room, toilet, shower. Basement: sauna with whirlpool, showers and relaxation room, toilet, pantry, freezer. Heating with tiled stove and electric, hot water boiler, satellite TV, radio. Wi-Fi (for a fee). To the side is a stable where the cows are milked in the mornings/evenings for around 3 weeks in spring and autumn. In front of the hut there is a seating area with a grill and deck chairs.

Electricity € 0.50/kwh, local tax € 1.70/person/night. Final cleaning € 140, wood € 50. Bed linen € 9 and towels € 5.50 can be rented if required. Dog € 40/stay. Extra bed € 20/night. Deposit € 250.
