Position

The alpine hut is in a sunny and quiet location, in the middle of the Lachtal skiing and hiking area. Below is the landlord's second hut (KAI-STM) and 2 huts for private use. There are meadows around the hut, a pond below and a small natural playground.

Distances

Ski slope that leads to the Lachtal ski area, right in front of the hut! The Lachtal is one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Styria. There is not only a fun children's area, 35 km of slopes, but also plenty of space for freeriders. Cross-country ski trail and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. Ski rental can be organized directly on site. Inn 1km, shop 2km (in season), otherwise nearest town 10km. Ideal for mountain bikers and hikers. Swimming pool 14km, Aqua Lux Fohnsdorf thermal baths 30km, Red Bull Ring Spielberg 35km, Styrian Mountain Golf Club Mariahof 20km.

The hut was rebuilt from scratch and luxuriously and lovingly furnished. Ground floor: hut lounge with couch corner, satellite TV, fireplace, exit to the sun terrace, dining table, kitchen corner perfectly equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. 1 shower/toilet. 1 double room with satellite TV. First floor: 2 double rooms with satellite TV, 1 shower/toilet. Basement: wellness area with sauna, waterfall shower, bathtub, relaxation room with satellite TV. Toilet, pantry. Washing machine available. In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with seating and grill. Entire hut with underfloor heating (geothermal energy). WiFi available. The hut is in a completely secluded location, wonderfully quiet and sunny, 1 km below the Lachtal, in the middle of a meadow where cows graze in summer. Visit the home of our Super-G world champion Nicole Schmidhofer!

Lachtal ski area 1 km, small shop, inn 1 km (in season), otherwise the nearest town, Oberwölz, 10 km. Cross-country ski trail and toboggan run 1 km. In summer ideal for mountain bikers, extensive hikes to managed huts directly from the house!

Position

The hut is located in the middle of the Styrian pine country, about 10 km from Obdach and about 1.5 km from St. Wolfgang, accessed via a flat gravel road. It is located in a forest clearing, completely isolated, in absolute peace and quiet with a view of nature.

Distances

The next town, St. Wolfgang, is an idyllic mountain village. It is an ideal starting point for mountain and ski tours in the Zirbitzkogel massif and the Seetal Alps with numerous marked hiking trails and serviced huts. There are 3 ski lifts in St. Wolfgang, otherwise the Klippitztörl ski area is 40 km away. Thermal baths 25 km away

This hut is located about 4 km from the town of Donnersbachwald, a romantic mountain village with many leisure activities in both winter and summer. Below the hut is a rarely inhabited farmhouse, otherwise a quiet, secluded location. Behind the hut is an alpine pasture with cows and calves.

Next town Donnersbachwald 4km, with shops, restaurants, leisure park, swimming lake, tennis court. The Riesneralm ski area with 30km of groomed slopes, snow park, ski school and ski kindergarten is 4km away. The Riesneralm is an insider tip for families. 5ha of slopes and 5 slopes just for children! Modern snowmaking systems, a race track and the extensive free-ride area round off the offer. Hiking trails directly from the hut. In summer, take the Riesneralm cable car to visit the new summit adventure pool with an infinity pool at 1,900 meters! This holiday home is located on the outskirts of St. Michael, in Lungau, in the sunny southern part of Salzburg.

Distances

St. Michael with shops, bakery, swimming pool, tennis 800m. The Lungau offers 5 ski areas with a total of over 220 km of slopes and 50 lifts. Fantastic deep snow slopes and perfectly groomed runs of all levels of difficulty offer fun for beginners and professionals. Katschberg 2km, Speiereck 2.5km. The free ski bus stops 100m away! In summer, there are countless ways to get out and about in the unspoilt nature in the Salzburg Lungau, with hiking and cycling being among the absolute favorites in the Lungau alpine summer. A well-marked network of hiking and biking trails leads to around 60 crystal-clear mountain lakes and over 70 managed alpine huts. Extensive trekking tours are also a wonderful way to explore the region in Austria's highest e-bike region with around 150 e-bikes spread across several rental stations and around 100 battery charging stations. Other activities such as golf, horse riding, paragliding and climbing round off the range of activities in the Salzburg Lungau. Tip: the 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 25 km away. The circular hiking trail around the lake is popular with families, and the hut on the lake spoils you with local cuisine!

Position

In a completely secluded location, on a sunny slope, about 3km above the town of Viehhofen, in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area. In summer there are sheep and horses on the mountain pasture. Access via a 3km long, asphalt road (in winter chains) up to 300m to the Hecherhütte, then a gravel road to the hut. The hut is 300m from the slope to Viehhofen. You ski from the hut down the slope (piste no. 68/Hecherhütte) to the town, from there a ski bus connection to the lifts (approx. 5km).

You are in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski circus! Village of Viehhofen 3.5km, ski school 3.5km. Saalbach 12km, serviced hut with summer swimming pool 300m, toboggan run 8km. Cross-country ski trail 5km. Mountain bike routes and long hiking trails from the hut! Zell am See 12km.

The new cable car connection Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in 9 km. Those who prefer a quieter experience can drive to the Naglköpfl adventure mountain with fun park and baby lift in 4 km. Kitzbühel ski area 25 km. Illuminated toboggan runs in the area. Position

In a wonderful, secluded location, in the picturesque Hollersbachtal, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park in the west of Salzburg. As a tenant, you are allowed to drive into the valley in your own car, and visitors can hike from the beginning of the valley from the inn at the reservoir along the interesting stream educational trail to the managed alpine pastures. 

Distances

Hollersbach town with shop, restaurants 6km. Serviced hut where you can fortify yourself with an alpine snack 500m. (E-bike charging station). Around mid-May - early September the cows are on the mountain pastures, they come to the barn in the morning and evening to be milked, which is located diagonally below the hut. Then the farmer is happy to deliver fresh rolls, milk, eggs, butter or bacon in the morning! While the cows are being milked, you can charge batteries (generator). A stream meanders through the wide Tauern valley, the path is not steep and therefore ideal for cyclists. There are also challenging hiking trails from the hut to the largest mountain lake in the Hohe Tauern, the Kratzenbergsee. Lakeside inn 6km. The panorama cable car runs from Hollersbach! You can cycle from the hut through the valley directly to the valley station 7.5km away and float in just 12 minutes at an altitude of 1892m to the Kitzbühel area! Hollersbach bathing lake with large playground 6km, Zell am See 35km, Krimml Waterfalls 30km. You can also fish in the reservoir (map available on site)

The hut has on the ground floor: large entrance hall (ideal for bikes), hut room with seating area and wood stove, oven, gas stove (2 burners), gas refrigerator. Bathroom with tub and toilet. Hot water on the ground floor via boiler, which is heated with wood (enough once a day). First floor: 1 double room with couch if required, 1 double room that can be walked through to a room with double bed and bunk bed. All rooms have sinks (cold water). No electricity, gas light. In front of the house: seating area with a wonderful view of the valley and the impressive mountain walls, grill, fountain.
