This hut is completely alone, on the edge of the forest, absolutely quiet in the Eisenerz Ramsau.

Distances

Nearest town Eisenerz 3km. Präbichl ski area, 6 lifts, 17km of slopes, the ski area for beginners and experts 5km away, wonderful cross-country ski trails in the vicinity. Swimming lake 6km, indoor pool 6km, tennis 3km, hiking trails from the hut.

Furnishing

The former guest house has been renovated and equipped for self-catering. Ground floor: Cozy living room with seating area, guest room with seating area and bar. Small kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. 1 double room, 1 toilet. Sauna. First floor: 2 double rooms, bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Central heating, satellite TV. Garden in front of the hut with seating area and grill. 

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Local tax currently € 1.50/person/night, electricity € 0.40/kwh, final cleaning € 80, deposit € 250. If required, bed linen € 10,- and towels € 5,-/set can be rented, pet € 35,-/week.
