Position
Our new chalet is located in front of the farm, on a sunny slope, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and not far from the Kitzbühel Alps region. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the upper Salzach Valley and the town of Hollersbach. It is only about 600m downhill to the Panoramabahn: the entry point to the top skiing and hiking area of Kitzbühel. The national park offers an endless number of excursion destinations, hiking and biking trails.
Distances
Hollersbach town with shops and restaurants 1.5km. Mittersill 6km. Gondola station of the Panoramabahn ski area Kitzbühel 600m below. In just 12 minutes you can float at an altitude of 1892m to 179km of slopes, a snow park and over 60 restaurants and huts! The area also offers fantastic ski tours through pristine landscapes, as well as a 200km cross-country ski trail network. The 14km long, illuminated toboggan run in the Wildkogel Arena is 6km away. Hollersbach bathing lake with large playground 1.5km, Zell am See-Kaprun region 30km, Krimml Waterfalls 22km. The area is famous for the Tauern cycle path, which leads from the western Krimml Waterfalls, along the Salzach to Passau, 330km away. Mountain bikers can choose between 100 tours in the Hohe Tauern or Kitzbühel Alps. With 266 three-thousand-meter peaks and 342 glaciers, nature plays a dominant role in the 20 towns and 13 valleys of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region. The holiday home, which has been awarded 4 Edelweiss superior, was built in 2019 and is exclusive, very tastefully and high-quality furnished. You will find completely barrier-free on one floor: kitchen with seating area, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, exit to the sun terrace. Cozy living room with couch corner, fireplace, satellite TV and exit to the sunny terrace. 3 bedrooms, cot on request, shower/toilet, shower, toilet. Underfloor heating. Washing machine, WiFi available. Carport for 1 car available. On the farm there is a wellness house with sauna, for shared use (free in winter, summer approx. €5 per person/sauna session). In front of the house there is a terrace, garden, seating area, grill. The farm is ideal for families with children, who can have fun on the playground on the farm.
