On the driveway to the Hochkönig, very quiet, on the slope. The road ends at the neighboring house 50m away.

Summer and winter sports resort Dienten with lifts, ski school, cross-country ski trails, toboggan run, supermarket and bakery 6km. Fisherman's pub 3km. Swimming lake and the Gastein thermal region 15km.
Furnishing
The hut has a living room with a wood stove, oven, electric stove (2 hotplates), fridge, microwave and coffee machine. 1 double room with extra bed. 1 toilet, 1 shower. Small four-bed room (bunk beds). Heating with a wood stove, electric stoves if required. Garden in front of the hut with seating area and grill.
Additional costs on site subject to minor changes
Local tax currently € 2/person/night, electricity € 0.25/kwh, wood € 25/m³. Pet € 20/week, final cleaning € 40. Towels and bed linen can be rented for € 10/set.
