Position

The hut is in a completely secluded location, wonderfully quiet and sunny, 1 km below the Lachtal, in the middle of a meadow where cows graze in summer. Visit the home of our Super-G world champion Nicole Schmidhofer!

Distances

Lachtal ski area 1 km, small shop, inn 1 km (in season), otherwise the nearest town, Oberwölz, 10 km. Cross-country ski trail and toboggan run 1 km. In summer ideal for mountain bikers, extensive hikes to managed huts directly from the house!

Furnishing

The non-smoking cabin has on the ground floor: living room with seating area, satellite TV, kitchenette with electric stove, wood stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine. Bathroom with whirlpool, shower, toilet. First floor: 1 room with double and single bed, 1 room with 3 single beds. Basement: 1 four-bed room with double bed and pull-out couch if required, shower/toilet, infrared cabin. Wood central heating. Seating area in front of the cabin, grill! We have a carport for your car!

Electricity € 0.50/kwh, local tax currently € 3.00/person/night, operating costs/stay including bed linen summer € 80,-/winter € 100,-, pet € 50,-/stay. Deposit € 300,-.
