The holiday home is located about 1km above the village of Pruggern in the Ennstal, very quiet, with a wonderful view of Dachstein, Stoder to Grimming.

Distances

Village with tennis court, riding stables, adventure club, guest houses 1km. The ski bus stops about 100m above and takes you to the Galsterberg ski area (2km uphill). If there is enough snow, you can ski down the valley from the ski area to the house. Access to the 4-mountain Schladming-Dachstein ski area is 7km away. The hut is ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers! Swimming lake 4km away. Tip: Hike to the in-house alpine pasture in the lovely Sattental valley!

Position

The alpine hut is in a sunny and quiet location, in the middle of the Lachtal skiing and hiking area. Below is the landlord's second hut (KAI-STM) and 2 huts for private use. There are meadows around the hut, a pond below and a small natural playground.

Distances

Ski slope that leads to the Lachtal ski area, right in front of the hut! The Lachtal is one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Styria. There is not only a fun children's area, 35 km of slopes, but also plenty of space for freeriders. Cross-country ski trail and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. Ski rental can be organized directly on site. Inn 1km, shop 2km (in season), otherwise nearest town 10km. Ideal for mountain bikers and hikers. Swimming pool 14km, Aqua Lux Fohnsdorf thermal baths 30km, Red Bull Ring Spielberg 35km, Styrian Mountain Golf Club Mariahof 20km.

Stein for shopping 1.5km, Gröbming 6km, Schladming 20km. Mössner drag lift 6km, Galsterberg ski area 12km, 4-mountain ski area Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm 16km. Hiking or cycling trails directly from the house. The hut is located in the middle of the "Sölktäler Nature Park". This alpine nature park offers numerous mountain lakes and managed alpine pastures on an area of 277km2. Here you will find educational trails, guided hikes, a nature museum and numerous cultural events. Cross-country ski trail 6km, tennis court 2.5km, Aich bathing lake 12km, Putterer Lake 20km.

Position

The holiday home is located on the edge of the forest, about 2 km from Rettenegg in a wonderful, absolutely quiet, secluded location. The holiday home covers an area of almost 1.5 hectares. Around 1000 m² around the holiday home are completely fenced. Next to the house there is a very beautifully preserved empty stable building. 

Distances

Rettenegg with inns, indoor swimming pool (summer only), supermarket, shops 2km. Natural swimming pond 2km. Stuhleck or Semmering ski areas 20km each. Sankt Kathrein am Hauenstein approx. 15 min. drive. In winter, the house is an ideal starting point for ski tourers planning tours on Stuhleck, Pretul or Hochwechsel. In summer, long hikes and excursions through the Joglland to Hochwechsel, Stuhleck, Pretul or directly to the town of Rettenegg from the house. The area offers many mountain bike routes.

About 500 m above the World Cup venue Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amadé" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760 km of slopes and 270 lifts), there are 10 comfortable huts for up to 24 people (SKI-STM), 1 apartment on the first floor of the reception hut (APT-STM) for up to 12 people and 4 luxury chalets (SNO-STM, SNA-STM) on 22,000 m². On the ground floor of the reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, bread rolls, pizzas, groceries or cigarettes. The huts are located in the middle of the Schladming Tauern with gentle green alpine valleys, fresh air, magnificent limestone walls of the glaciated Dachstein, countless peaks and 300 mountain lakes!

Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, après ski, shops, bakery 500 m. The piste leads directly past the huts, descent 300 m to the Planai West lifts or chairlift (Hochwurzen). In the hut village there is a 300 m² swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6 km, rafting 3 km, ski school 300 m. Der Höhenluftkurort Fischbach zählt mit den besonders schönen Blumen zu den schönsten Gebirgsdörfern der Steiermark und ist ein ausgezeichnetes Wanderdorf. Fischbach mit Geschäften, Bäckerei, Fleischerei, Haubenlokal 3 km. Badeteich/Freizeitanlage 3 km. Reitmöglichkeit in Strallegg in ca. 9 km. Ab Hütte weite Wander- und Radwege durch die Fischbacher Alpen und Peter Roseggers Waldheimat. Die beliebtesten Strecken sind die Fischbacher Alpen Tour und „Der große Jogl“. Im Ort gibt es 2 Lifte! Skigebiet Schneeland Wenigzell, St. Jakob im Walde, das Eldorado für Skifahrer, Snowboarder, Langläufer, Rodler und Schneewanderer mit Nachtskilauf je ca 15 km. Im Winter kann man auf dem Naturbadeteich oft eislaufen! In und um Fischbach findet man außerdem viele Langlaufloipen!

The cabin is in a wonderfully sunny, very quiet location on the slope above the town of St. Peter am Kammersberg. Next to it is an empty farmhouse, making it a completely secluded location. The house is nestled in meadows, on the edge of the forest, and is ideal for relaxation. A paved road leads to the house, and the last kilometer is a forest road. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Although it is in a very quiet location, St. Peter can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.

Position

This rustic alpine hut, built in 1750, is located in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein region, in Ramsau with a wonderful view of the Tauern and the Dachstein mountains. The hut is located alone, next to an empty stable, in the middle of alpine pastures. Access via toll road (Info 2024: € 20/trip/car for 2 cars with the local tax card included) to 100m below the hut.

Distances

Ramsau town 7km, walking paths directly from the hut into the valley and to the glacier! Serviced huts from 800m.

Ground floor: entrance hall with gas cooker, running water from the well (cold), alpine parlor with wood stove, oven, dining table and couch. 1 double room, 1 double room with stairs to the upper floor, entrance hall with couch and behind it a double room.
