Position

The hut, made of natural stone, is in a wonderfully quiet location surrounded by meadows. It is not far from the village, but still in the middle of nature, with a wonderful, wide view of the Bischofsmütze, Gosaukamm, Dachstein and Tennengebirge!

Distances

Nearest town St. Martin am Tennengebirge with shops, bakery, restaurants 4km. Seepark natural adventure pool with water slide, children's playground, restaurant and 6,700m² water surface in the town! The hut is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours, many alpine pastures and huts invite you to take a break! In winter the hut is also ideally located: St. Martin drag lifts 4km, Dachstein-West ski region 7km, Snow-space Flachau 15km (15min).

Furnishing

The hut has on the ground floor: a living room with a seating area and couch by the fireplace, satellite TV, CD player, kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine. Shower with double washbasin. Toilet. 1 double room. First floor: 1 double room, 1 four-bed room. Heating with fireplace or electric oven, electric hot water. In front of the hut there is a seating area, a fountain, deck chairs, a grill, wide meadows and a wonderful view!

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Local tax currently € 2 per person per night, electricity € 0.40 per kWh, final cleaning € 80. Pet: € 40 per week. Bed linen set € 7 and towel set € 3 can be rented. In winter: wood flat rate € 60 per week.
