Only 1km from the center of Saalbach, but still absolutely quiet and surrounded by meadows. In winter access up to approx. 200m depending on snow conditions (snow chains may be required); in summer access up to the hut.

Here it's time to strap on your skis and head to the slopes, which are directly accessible via the Schattberg ski route! You have a direct connection to all ski lifts in Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang. 270km of slopes, 70 lifts, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, etc. and of course après ski await you! Ideal as a starting point for hikes in the Glemmtal, bike rental, tennis, swimming pool, etc. in the village 1km away. The Saalbach region offers 400km of hiking trails, and those who prefer to pedal can head to the Saalbach Hinterglemm bike paradise on over 400km of well-signposted bike routes and trails. Saalbach Hinterglemm is the largest bike region in Austria. For families there are themed hiking trails, adventure playgrounds, swimming fun and many attractions.

This very well-kept hut has been deliberately left quaint and rustic. You will find a cozy cabin room with a seating area and rocking chair. The heating stove and the open fireplace (wood, and wood briquettes available in winter) ensure a homely atmosphere. The kitchenette has a gas stove, and there is a cool cellar. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Hygienic outhouse accessible from outside (always emptied when cleaned). Lighting using battery-powered LED lamps. Furniture safe available! In front of the hut there is a fountain and a small stream. In the garden there is a fireplace and a brick garden grill, as well as seating and deck chairs. Enjoy the view of the center of Saalbach, the opposite side of the mountain and the Glemmtal from the large wooden relaxation cradle for 2 people! Let yourself be pampered: the price includes use of the wellness area in the owner's apartment building 400m away. Here you will find a sauna, infrared loungers and a place to charge batteries. There is also a physiotherapist here who can be booked on request.

The Fageralm ski area is a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). The Fageralm is connected to the other ski areas by a free ski bus. Directly in Forstau, on the Fageralm, you will find 7 lifts with 15km of slopes. 

Distances

The hut is located directly on the ski slope and in the alpine pasture and hiking area. In winter, access by ski lift (chair and drag lift) and descent to the hut or footpath from the chair lift 1.5 km. Luggage transport (passenger transport also possible on request) by the landlord with a skidoo. Tobogganing possible from the hut, serviced hut 150m. Accessible by car in summer, ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. Shopping, horse riding, tennis, golf, horse-drawn sleigh rides, etc. in the valley in the towns of Forstau and Radstadt 10 - 14 km away.

The farmhouse is located on a sunny slope, above the village of Viehhofen, at the end of a 1km long forest path. Chains required in winter. 

Distances

Place for shopping in Viehhofen 2km. Ski bus stop 1km. Entry to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski circus at the Schönleitenbahn 4km away. Experienced skiers can ski from the ski area (from piste 68/Hecherhütte) on a 1km deep snow slope to the house. Ski school 2km. In summer, ideal starting point for long hikes or bike tours. Hinterglemm outdoor pool 10km, Zell am See 9km.

You live on the ground floor and first floor, where you have your own entrance at the back of the house. The landlord lives in the basement (on a slope). Nearest town St. Martin am Tennengebirge with shops, bakery, restaurants 4km. Seepark natural adventure pool with water slide, children's playground, restaurant and 6,700m² water surface in the town! The hut is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours, many alpine pastures and huts invite you to take a break! In winter the hut is also ideally located: St. Martin drag lifts 4km, Dachstein-West ski region 7km, Snow-space Flachau 15km (15min).

The Family Resort is located on a sunny plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng, just 45 km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle. The hut is in a very quiet, secluded location, with a wonderful view, near the Prebersee nature reserve in Lungau. From the end of February to mid-May, access via the 2km forest path is closed. The hut can only be reached on foot during this time.

Distances

The 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 2.5 km away. Tip: circular hiking trail around the lake, mountain bike Preber tour, extensive cross-country skiing tours, tobogganing, ski tours. Serviced hut on the lake with local cuisine 2 km away, in summer many alpine pastures are also serviced. The nearest large town is Tamsweg 10 km away. Speiereck or Aineck ski areas 20 km away.

The Trattenbachtal can be reached via the Salzach Valley. In Neukirchen you drive north and come to the Kitzbühel Alps. Here, between lush alpine meadows and small mountain streams, lies the beautiful alpine pasture.

This hut is located in the middle of the Postalm between Abtenau and Strobl on Lake Wolfgang. On an alpine meadow, in a sunny, secluded location. The neighboring huts are about 200m away. The hut can be reached up to 200m via a toll road. As of 2024: Winter from Strobl € 10.00/person € 5.00/child or from Abtenau € 17.00/car. Summer from Strobl € 17.00 per car or from Abtenau € 13.00/car. In winter: the toll is refunded when you buy a lift ticket. In winter access up to 200m, in summer you can drive the last 200m to the hut via a forest path/meadow path.

Distances

Nearest town Abtenau 15km or Strobl on Lake Wolfgangsee 15km. Postalm ski area with ski school, fun park, ski rental, high-altitude trails (up to 15km long!), 8 lifts and 20km of groomed slopes within 1.5km. Leave your car behind: free ski bus service! The Postalm is particularly popular with families, and is also ideal for cross-country skiers and ski tourers! In summer, there are circular hiking trails, the via ferrata in the Postalm Gorge, mountain bike tours, swimming under the waterfall or trips to one of the numerous managed huts and to the Salzkammergut. Lake Wolfgangsee can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Fresh farm products are available within 1.5km in summer.
