Position

The hut is located in the middle of the top skiing and hiking area of the Zillertal Arena, on the Gerlosplatte. It is located a little above some holiday homes, with a wide view of the Gerlosplatte, in a sunny, quiet location on the plateau. Direct access by car.

Direct access to the Zillertal Arena ski area from the hut! Strap on your skis and ski from the hut to Zell in Zillertal, a total of 165 kilometers of slopes, state-of-the-art lifts, guaranteed snow until spring. Access to the cross-country ski trail from the hut. Ski school 2km, Filzsteinalm toboggan run 2km. Bread roll service and sports shop nearby. Nearest places to shop Königsleiten 1km, Krimml 10km, Gerlos 11km away. In summer, the region is also a highlight for all those who love the mountains! Hikes or extensive bike tours directly from the hut. If you like action: the Zillertal Arena offers Arena Coaster, Arena Skyliner and Flying Fox, single trails, via ferratas, water experiences such as rafting and canyoning, paragliding and much more! The Durlassboden reservoir is only 3km away. The spring water is over 20 degrees in midsummer and offers wonderful refreshment for splashing around, swimming or pedal boating. There is also a surfing school, sunbathing area and children's playground here! A special hiking tip: the circular hike around the reservoir with refreshment options at the Gasthof Finkau, Bärschlagalm and the Seestüberl on the dam crest. Position

Above the town of Lofer, standing alone on a large meadow, above the road, with a beautiful view. If there is enough snow, there is a descent to the hut from the ski area. If there is enough snow, you can ski down from the hut to the ski bus station.

Waidring bathing lake 10km, hiking and cycling trails directly from the house! The Loferer Alm offers wonderful refreshment in summer: 2 mountain lakes on the Alm invite you to cool off! Position

The Family Resort is located on a sunny plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng, just 45 km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle. The hut is located in the middle of a large meadow, isolated, at the foot of the Riedingtal in the Salzburg Lungau. It is the ideal starting point for numerous winter and summer activities in this charming natural landscape.

Distances

Nearest town Zederhaus 6km or St. Michael im Lungau with shops, restaurants 16km. Großeck-Speiereck ski area 20km. Katschberg 23km. The Ski amadé region (entrance to the Flachauwinkel-Zauchensee-Kleinarl ski area) can be easily reached via the Tauern tunnel in 20 minutes (23km). Ideal starting point for ski tours from the hut. The Riedingtal is a nature park with a healthy high-altitude climate, with managed alpine pastures and quiet mountain lakes in summer. You can take the valley bus to the traffic-calmed Riedingtal. Numerous large and small lakes are located in this attractive nature reserve. Many managed alpine pastures with homemade products invite you to take a break. This hut is located above the village, next to a farm, in the middle of the Salzburg Sportwelt Amadé, with a beautiful view of Radstadt and the Dachstein Mountains, sunny and quiet.

Distances

The lifts of the Radstadt-Altenmarkt ski area (member of Ski amadé) can be reached from the hut via a slope. Ski area and ski schools 1km by ski (inclined route) or 3km by car, Obertauern ski area about 15 minutes by car (seasonal operation until the beginning of May!), Tauern cross-country ski run 2km, 6km long illuminated toboggan run passes under the hut. In the town (3km) you will find a bus, train station, shops, swimming pool, tennis, golf course, riding stables. Hiking, riding and cycling trails directly in front of the hut. Swimming lake 10km. Position

The hut is very sunny, absolutely quiet, with a wonderful view, in the middle of the skiing and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In winter, you can reach it by cable car and then by chairlift and a slight incline (luggage transport with the hut owner) or non-skiers can walk 1km to the hut after the cable car. In summer, you can drive directly there in your own car (1x toll). In summer, the cows are on the mountain pasture and the landlord comes by twice a day to milk them.

This hut is located above Niedernfritz in a sunny, absolutely quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forest. Niedernfritz is a district of Hüttau and is nestled in the legendary Fritztal. The Tennengebirge and the Fritztal mountains with their panoramic Hochgründeck (1,827 m) give the place its impressive setting of rugged peaks and gentle alpine pastures.

The hut is ideally located for both winter and summer sports enthusiasts! Around 8 km south of Uttendorf in the Salzach Valley, in the beautiful Salzburg region, between the regions of Kitzbühel and Zell am See. The alpine hut is located near a sparsely populated alpine hut, otherwise isolated, by a small stream.

Weißsee ski area (glacier lifts up to 2,600m with 18km of groomed slopes, 7 lifts) 5km, ski bus stop about 400m below the hut. Kaprun/Zell am See ski area 28km. The new Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn cable car takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in 9km. Kitzbühel ski area (entrance Hollersbach) 20km. The nearest place where you can find shops and restaurants is Uttendorf 8km, walking paths from the house, swimming pond 8km, tennis 8km. The area is an El Dorado for cyclists!

In this hut you live on the upper floor. The basement has been converted for agricultural use when the hut owners are on the mountain pasture in the autumn and animals live in the neighboring stable.
