On the Drau cycle path down in Oberdrauburg you can cycle to Lienz or Spittal, and you can also return by train! Next to the house there is an empty building with a garage that can be used.

Position

Close to the Klippitztörl ski and hiking area, surrounded by several holiday cottages. Sunny, on a slight slope. 

Distances

The Klippitztörl is just an hour's drive from Graz or Klagenfurt. In winter, the family ski area offers 6 lifts, a ski school and a few rustic huts to stop off at. It is only 250m from the hut to the slopes. In summer, this is the ideal starting point for hikes through the forests full of mushrooms and berries. The climb up the Geierkogel, Hohenwart or Zirbitzkogel (2100 to 2400m) is an experience that lets you forget the stress of everyday life. Summer toboggan run at the Hohenwart chairlift in 700m, adventure climbing garden and kiddy park 1km. Bad Sankt Leonhard 14km, town of Wolfsberg 20km.

You live in the front part of one of a total of 3 semi-detached houses. Here you are completely separated spatially and have your own entrance. Ground floor: living room with wood stove and kitchen corner with electric stove (2 plates), wood stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave. 1 shower, 1 toilet. First floor: 2 triple rooms. (1x 3 beds, 1x double bed + single bed). Wood central heating. Radio, satellite TV available. 20m opposite there is a central sauna hut for shared use. Position

The hut is located in a quiet, sunny, beautiful alpine landscape, in the middle of the Dachstein-West region, on the Zwieselalm. In summer it can be reached either by car via a toll road (7km forest path) and a 20-minute walk, or via the cable car and a 20-minute walk. Luggage must be carried in a backpack.

Wonderful hikes or mountain bike tours from the hut. Nearest town Gosau 7km. Moor lake 1km. Serviced hut 250m.

Furnishing

The rustic hut has a living room with a seating area and a kitchenette with a wood stove and oven. Electric stove (2 plates), kettle, coffee machine available. Small bedroom with double bed (160cm wide), stairs from the living room to the attic, where there is sleeping space for up to 8 people. There is a shower with hot water (electric boiler) on the side, otherwise water can be fetched from the well in front of the hut. Toilet. In the basement is the old "poacher's hideout". If it's not too dark for you, there's even a sauna there! Electricity available. Seating area in front of the hut, garden with grill, well. Bed linen, towels available.

Position

The hut is in a wonderful, secluded location, on the slope above Kitzbühel, right in the Kitzbüheler Horn hiking area. The location is ideal for hikers and those seeking peace and quiet. Access by car via the toll road, the car remains on the road above, there are two options: either directly 10 minutes from above or 100 meters in front, then a steep meadow path down to the hut.

Distances

Alpine pasture area directly in front of the hut. The next hut with a service is the Alpenhaus (Hornbahn mountain station) 2km away. Enjoy the wonderful panorama from the Kitzbühel Alps over the Großvenediger to the 3,798m high Großglockner! The Alpenhaus is a popular destination in conjunction with the Alpine flower garden. A special nature experience is the new Karstweg, the hiking trail for the soul and the 300-meter-long kids' climbing trail. A hiking trail leads over the Trattenbachmulde to the Hornköpflhütte 4km away, where the Hornköpflsee reservoir is located. Kitzbühel 8km.

In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with a wonderful view, a grill and a seating area. Water in the well in front of the hut, a camping shower in the garden. Position

The hut is located about 2.5 km from Obsteig, completely isolated and quiet, in the middle of the hiking area of the Mieminger Sonnenplateau, high above the Inn Valley. Here nature is almost untouched and the beauty of the larch meadows is protected. In autumn the needles turn a bright golden yellow and the locals say "the larches are burning!"

Obsteig 2.5 km, golf 6 km, forest swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake 7 km, indoor and outdoor swimming pool Telfs 13 km, Möserer See 20 km, Blindsee 25 km, Tirol Therme Aqua Dome 45 km. Wonderful hiking and mountain bike trails from the hut.

The rustic hut has a living room with seating area on the ground floor, wood stove with oven, stairs to the attic where there are 4 beds. Water in the well in front of the hut, drinking water bottles (mineral water) are provided by the landlord. Outhouse behind the hut. No electricity, kerosene lamps. In front of the hut there is a garden with a well, grill, deck chairs. Cows graze next to the hut in spring and late summer.

In the sunny south of Salzburg, Unternberg in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is a perfect holiday destination in both summer and winter. You will live in the new, long extension on the side, on the entire upper floor, with your own entrance. There is a meadow, garden and a view of the Gfrereteich lake around the house. 

Distances

The holiday home is in an ideal location! The surrounding ski areas with 300 km of slopes can also be reached by ski bus (station 300m away). Katschberg Aineck ski area 6km, Großeck-Speiereck 9km, Obertauern 25km. Direct access to the cross-country ski trail from the house! A well-marked network of hiking and biking trails leads to around 60 crystal-clear mountain lakes and over 70 managed alpine huts. Other activities such as golf (6km), horse riding, paragliding or climbing round off the range of activities in the Salzburg Lungau. Tip: the 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 14 km away. The circular hiking trail with the inn is particularly popular with families. In the idyllic village of Unternberg there is an inn, right next to a tennis court and the Gfrererteich for splashing around. In winter you can often ice skate here too! The nearest larger town is Tamsweg 6km, St Michael 8km. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for family hikes, theme trails and nature trails, sleigh rides, mountain or e-bike tours. A cultural attraction is Moosham Castle with guided tours and a model airfield.

From the garden you can go straight to the pond of the neighboring guest house. There are also fish in it, it is probably too cold for swimming, but certainly perfect for cooling off and splashing around! In winter you can often ice skate here and the landlord is also happy to have guests!

The 6-seater Samson cable car, the longest chairlift in the world on the Fanningberg, the 8-seater gondola lift with a 4 km long valley run in the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area and a boarder park for snowboarders on the Aineck make the St. Michael holiday region a top ski region.

From the beginning of December to the end of April, the Planneralm guarantees excellent piste conditions with 100% natural snow due to its favorable location (1,600 - 2,200 m).
Im Snowboardpark „Snowvalley Planneralm“ wurden 2 neue Mega-Jumps gebaut, die zusammen mit der erweiterten Kikerline wieder einen megageilen Winter erwarten lassen!!
