Position

The romantic holiday resort of Dienten is centrally located in the ski area of the Hochkönig region and is also the starting point for numerous ski tours, snowshoe hikes or cross-country skiing tours. Whether you are looking for adventure or peace and quiet, the traditional Hochkönig region around the towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers around 340 kilometers of certified hiking trails, countless kilometers of e-bike or mountain bike routes. The farmhouse is about 4 km outside of the town, on the slope, next to a farm, otherwise isolated, very sunny and quiet!

Large farmhouse parlor with seating and tiled stove, satellite TV. 1 four-bed room (double bed/couch), 2 toilets, 1 shower/toilet. First floor: 3 double rooms with washbasin (1x with shower), 1 triple room (double bed/couch), 2 shower/toilet, 1 separate toilet. 1 four-bed room. Top floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, shower/toilet. Basement: sauna with shower. Heating with tiled stove, wood central heating. Also washing machine, dryer, WiFi available (€ 10 per stay). 
The house has space for 22 people. If you book the price for 25 people, there is also an apartment in the top floor for up to 3 people with a small living room with kitchenette, satellite TV and couch (for 1 person), 1 double room, shower/toilet. If you book the price for 13 people, the entire top floor is closed off. In front of the house there is a seating area, a fountain, a gas grill, and a small fish pond below.
