Position

The farmhouse is located above the Salzach Valley, in a wonderfully sunny location, surrounded by meadows, at the end of a farm track. During the year there are cows and calves in the stable at the back, in the summer they are on the mountain pasture and the stable is empty.

Mittersill town with shops, restaurants, bars 7km. Top ski area Kitzbühel (entrance middle station Panoramabahn Hollersbach) 3.5km above. Illuminated, 14km long Bramberg toboggan run, the longest in Europe, 10km (sledge rental on site), Hollersbach bathing lake 4km. Zell am See 25km. 18-hole golf course 7km. Tauern Spa 27km. The area is ideal for skiers, hikers and mountain bikers! The Panoramabahn is the ideal way to reach the Kitzbühel ski, hiking and biking area! By car it is also only 10km to Bramberg, where you can reach the Wildkogel area! Bread roll service!

The farmhouse has been continuously renovated and has a large kitchen with seating area and tiled stove on the ground floor. Perfectly equipped kitchen corner with 2 electric stoves, oven, refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, microwave, coffee machine, kettle. Hut parlor with seating for up to 22 people, additional TV room with satellite TV and couch (extra bed for 2 people if required). Pantry with drinks fridge and freezer. 1 toilet. First floor: 1 double room, 3 large triple rooms (double bed + couch) with balcony, 2 showers, 2 toilets. Top floor: 4 double rooms with balcony, 1 triple room with double bed + couch. 2 showers, 2 toilets. Sauna with relaxation room. Sauna operated with coin machine (1 hour approx. € 3). Heating with electricity. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer available. Lots of meadow in front of the house, grill, seating area.

Position

The romantic holiday resort of Dienten is centrally located in the ski area of the Hochkönig region and is also the starting point for numerous ski tours, snowshoe hikes or cross-country skiing tours. Whether you are looking for adventure or peace and quiet, the traditional Hochkönig region around the towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers around 340 kilometers of certified hiking trails, countless kilometers of e-bike or mountain bike routes. The farmhouse is about 4 km outside of the town, on the slope, next to a farm, otherwise isolated, very sunny and quiet!

The house has space for 22 people. If you book the price for 25 people, there is also an apartment in the top floor for up to 3 people with a small living room with kitchenette, satellite TV and couch (for 1 person), 1 double room, shower/toilet. If you book the price for 13 people, the entire top floor is closed off. In front of the house there is a seating area, a fountain, a gas grill, and a small fish pond below.
