There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160cm x 200cm) for up to 2 children, with satellite TV and its own bathroom/toilet. The house is ideal for 12 people, but with the couches there is also space for up to 12 children, making a total of up to 24 people. First floor: entrance with cloakroom, small safe, ski boot dryer, ski depot, toilet. The living room has a real cabin feel: here you live under the massive open wooden ceiling under the roof, and the large windows offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, the large terrace or towards the sunset. The living room has a cozy couch corner with a view of the central fireplace, as well as satellite TV, a seating area at the large table, and a kitchen corner perfectly equipped for self-catering! There is an electric stove, ovens, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a beer tap (for the village's own barrels). The holiday home is located about 1km above the village of Pruggern in the Ennstal, very quiet, with a wonderful view of Dachstein, Stoder to Grimming.

Distances

Village with tennis court, riding stables, adventure club, guest houses 1km. The ski bus stops about 100m above and takes you to the Galsterberg ski area (2km uphill). If there is enough snow, you can ski down the valley from the ski area to the house. Access to the 4-mountain Schladming-Dachstein ski area is 7km away. The hut is ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers! Swimming lake 4km away. Tip: Hike to the in-house alpine pasture in the lovely Sattental valley!

On the ground floor of the reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, bread rolls, pizzas, groceries or cigarettes. The huts are located in the middle of the Schladming Tauern with gentle green alpine valleys, fresh air, magnificent limestone walls of the glaciated Dachstein, countless peaks and 300 mountain lakes!

The mountain river is usually very shallow and the gravel banks opposite make it ideal for children to play and splash around! You can walk upstream and let yourself drift to the house - what fun in the cool water!

Distances

Mariazell pilgrimage site with its famous basilica 4km away. Farm shop 1km away. The hiking trail goes right past the hut. Excursions to the Ötschergräben, the Gemeindealpe or Bürgeralpe and the picturesque Erlaufsee 4km away are particularly popular. The area is ideal for hikers and ambitious mountaineers.
