In the district of Otting near Leogang, sunny and quiet, some farmhouses in the neighborhood.

Distances

Next town Leogang 2km, drag lift 2km. The Asitzbahnen (6km away) take you directly to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski circus with 60 lifts and over 200km of groomed slopes, ski bus stops right outside the house! Cross-country ski trail and walking paths from the house, swimming lake 5km, indoor pool and tennis 4km, Austria's longest summer toboggan run 3km. You can order bread rolls by phone. Behind the farmhouse there is a stable with cows and horses and you can go horse riding here or explore the area in a carriage in winter.

The farmhouse has on the ground floor: living room with large table, couch, satellite TV and tiled stove. Kitchen with electric stove, wood stove, oven, refrigerator and seating area, pantry, bathroom with tub/shower/toilet. 1 toilet, 2 double rooms. First floor: 2 double rooms, 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and bunk bed (extra bed) if required, 1 toilet, 1 shower. Passage to annex with 1 double room, 1 toilet/shower, kitchen-living room with seating area, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, satellite TV and balcony. Heating with tiled stove and oil central heating. In front of the house there is a garden with seating area and grill.

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Electricity flat rate € 40/week, local tax currently € 3/person/night, final cleaning € 160 (€ 95 for bookings of up to 10 people), bed linen can be rented for € 7/set if required. Deposit € 300. The price is valid for up to 14 people. Additional bed on site on request € 10/person/night.
