The hut is in a wonderful, secluded location, sunny, completely quiet with a wide view. 

Distances

Nearest town Neumarkt 9km, walking and hiking trails from the hut. Ski area Grebenzen - St. Lambrecht (6 lifts, 23km of slopes) with ski school, toboggan run 15km away. Swimming pool 9km, lake 7km, tennis 9km, golf 8km, horse riding 15km, ice skating rink 8km, cross-country ski trail 10km away.

Furnishing

Only the ground floor is rented out; the landlord's parents live on the upper floor from time to time and look after the cattle. There is a living room with a sofa corner, satellite TV, kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. 2 double rooms, shower, toilet. Heating with a fireplace and electric. In front of the hut there is a garden with deck chairs and a grill. There is a private fish pond about 100m above. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
