Mountain biking (Limberger view round tour - MTB 7 from the hut). Find relaxation in our picturesque Lavanttal in the middle of uncontaminated nature and natural resources such as mushrooms, berries and much more.

The cottage has on the ground floor: large living room with sofa corner, satellite TV, tiled stove, dining table, kitchen corner with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and exit to the terrace with seating and grill. Toilet. Basement: small shower. First floor: 2 double rooms, 1 triple room with balcony. In front of the cottage there is a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view, a large garden with a fountain. Wood central heating.
