Position

In a completely secluded location, with a wonderful view, in the middle of a red deer enclosure. The hut can be reached via a 2km long forest road that ends at the house.

Distances

The nearest town is Prebl, 6 km away. The historic town of Wolfsberg is 10 km away and has numerous attractions, shops, inns and restaurants. The holiday region is known for its mild climate and many sunny days! Marked hiking trails near the hut, including Saualpe, Koralpe and Klippitztörl, make you want to go hiking every day and can be reached from 20 km away. 190 km of marked cycling and bike tours, one of the most beautiful outdoor pools, a sports centre, golf, horse riding and tennis round off the leisure activities on offer in Wolfsberg. The 2 family ski areas Klippitztörl (20 km away) or Koralpe (30 km away) offer 45 km of slopes in total. The landlord will be happy to organise a hunting experience for you on request!

This luxurious cabin has on the ground floor: living room with seating area, couch, satellite TV, tiled stove, kitchenette with wood stove, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. 1 double room, shower, toilet. First floor: 1 double room made of pine wood, 1 twin room. In the attic room there is a TV room with satellite TV and balcony. In front of the cabin there is a terrace with a whirlpool and a wonderful view. Basement: panoramic sauna with a wide view of the valley, shower/toilet. Washing machine, small kitchen with access to the covered arbor. There is a very comfortable seating area with a grill where you can enjoy the wide view! Heating with a tiled stove or fully automatic oil central heating.

Position

The hut is located in the north-eastern part of the Mühlviertel, about 6 km from Liebenau, in a very quiet, sunny, secluded location. Liebenau is the highest town in Upper Austria and, with the Tannermoor nature reserve, the largest forest raised bog in Austria! 

Distances

Liebenau with shops, inn, tennis 6km. In winter, the hut is only 10 minutes by car from 3 family ski areas! Both the Liebenau ski lifts and the Aichelberg lifts Karlstift and Viehberg offer the best slopes, a children's area and a ski school. From the sun terrace of the ski hut you can marvel at the skills of the little ones. The Liebenau ski lift also offers a fun park and floodlit skiing. The high plateau is also ideal for cross-country skiing and skating! In the region there are over 280km (some with floodlights) parallel trails with cozy guest rooms to linger in! In summer, the hut is ideal for hikes and bike tours! E-bike rental in the village! Romantic natural bathing lake Rubener Teich only 10km. The area also has an extensive network of bridle paths! Visit the landlord's organic farm with about 50 Galloway cattle, 3 pigs, 4 horses, chickens, cats and 3 dogs within 2km.

The house has on the ground floor: very cozy living room with seating area, couch, tiled stove, small bar, CD player, radio, kitchen corner with wood stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove, coffee machine, exit to the garden. Cool basement, bathroom with tub and shower. 1 toilet. Sauna. First floor: 1 small four-bed room (2 bunk beds), 2 double rooms, 2nd living room with seating area and cozy couch corner (can be pulled out for 2 people) with satellite TV. Heating with tiled stove or electric. In front of the house there is a garden with seating area and barbecue. In summer the 4 horses, sometimes with foals, and sheep graze to the side. About 20m below there is a private fish pond with trout - fishing for a fee. Please do not smoke in the house!

The hut is located in the Gosau Hintertal, in the middle of a large meadow with 2 fish ponds, opposite the reservoir and next to the open-air museum.

Gosau 4km, Gondelbahn Skigebiet Dachstein-West mit 164 Pistenkilometer in 500m! Skischule 4km. 30km Langlaufloipe und Winterwanderweg in der Nähe. Rodelbahn in 1km. Stausee direkt gegenüber ideal zum Angeln (Fischerkarte). Das nahe Freilichtmuseum, ein alter Hof gibt quasi „en miniature“ einen Überblick über das bäuerliche Kulturerbe des Gosautales, einem Teilbereich des UNESCO-Welterbegebietes. Gosausee mit Rundwanderweg 2km. Gasthaus 300m. Das Gebiet ist auch ideal für Skitourengeher und Mountainbiker!

In front of the hut there is a lot of meadow, 2 fish ponds, seating area, grill, fountain. Bed linen and towels provided.

In the municipality of Gosau in the Salzkammergut, at the foot of the Dachstein, with direct access to the Dachstein-West skiing and hiking paradise. The connection to the road towards Gosausee makes it easy to reach by car all year round. The car can be parked directly in front of the hut.

Das nahe Freilichtmuseum, ein alter Hof gibt quasi „en miniature“ einen Überblick über das bäuerliche Kulturerbe des Gosautales, einem Teilbereich des UNESCO-Welterbegebietes. Der Urzeitwald Erlebnispark nahe der Hütte (200m) gibt mit lustigen Spielestationen im Wasser Einblick in die Welt der Dinosaurier. Im Sommer ist die Gondelbahn am Gosausee (in 2km) in das Wanderparadies Dachstein West geöffnet.

The exclusively renovated cabin offers a cozy atmosphere. Ground floor: large living room with dining table, a cozy couch corner by the open fireplace, sofa and satellite TV. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and kettle. Bathroom with bathtub/rain shower/toilet, storage room for groceries, anteroom with shoe dryer and infrared/steam cabin. First floor: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, shower/toilet and 1 washroom. An environmentally friendly, automatically controlled heating system ensures cozy warmth. In front of the cabin there is a furnished terrace with a charcoal grill, a large garden bordered by a forest and a small stream. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Bed linen and tea towels are included in the travel price.
