Position

Alleinstehend, am Sonnenhang, mit Rundblick auf die Hohen Tauern. Die Hütte liegt nur 800m unterhalb der neuen Gondelbahn-Mittelstation. Im Winter Zufahrt über die neue Gondel von Bramberg aus und 800m Abfahrt oder Fussweg oder Rodelpartie bis zur Hütte (Rodelverleih bei Vermieter). Den Gepäcktransport erledigt der Vermieter für Sie. Von der Hütte weg können Sie die Talabfahrt nach Neukirchen/Neuhaus nehmen – von dort Gratisskibusverbindung zur Gondelbahn Neukirchen oder gehen ab Hütte zur Mittelstation (800m) hinauf und fahren nach Bramberg ab. Von hier kann man auch in die beleuchtete Rodelbahn nach Bramberg einsteigen! Im Sommer Zufahrt mit PKW (2 Garagenplätze vorhanden). Herrliches Gebiet für Beeren- und Pilzesammler!

Distances

Close to the ski area, the longest snow-covered natural toboggan run in the world, wide hiking trails; mountain lake 30m, serviced hut 800m above (winter + summer high season), down in Neukirchen (6km): train station, shopping, swimming pool, tennis, bike rental, horse riding. In summer, the 4km long mountain go-kart track ends 800m above the hut at the middle station. Fun for young and old! Zoom through the Kitzbühel Alps using only gravity and well secured by braking. 

Furnishing

The hut is very lovingly furnished. Ground floor: kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove, oven, electric stove (2 plates), coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, radio and seating area. Cool food. Cozy hut parlor (non-smoking) with seating area and couch. Bathroom with sauna and shower. Toilet. Underfloor heating. First floor: 3 double rooms. Heating with wood-burning stove and solar. Honey from the hut's own beekeeping can be bought in the hut! Sunny seating area with grill in front of the hut, wonderful view and absolute peace and quiet! Bed linen provided. Please do not smoke in the hut!

Für strahlende Gipfelaussichten sorgen die 6er Kabinenbahn sowie die „Smaragdbahn“! Die Schneesicherheit bis weit in den Frühling (2.150m) gilt als Geheimtip für Snowboarder und Tiefschneefahrer. During a summer holiday in the Wildkogel Arena, which is located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern National Park, numerous leisure activities invite you to discover, experience and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
On varied hikes of varying difficulty levels, you can get to know the beautiful landscape of our holiday region, the Hohe Tauern National Park, in a sporty way, while looking at the many impressive peaks of the Hohe Tauern. The incomparable panorama of the Wildkogel is perfectly showcased on the panorama and slide path. But leisurely cyclists and mountain bike enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the Wildkogel Arena. It's up to you whether you explore the area on your own by bike or take part in a guided mountain bike tour. It's also really exciting on the 4 km long mountain cart route. In our holiday region, a wide WildkogelActive program is offered for young and old, with something for every taste and every weather.
After a great day of hiking or biking, you can look forward to numerous restaurants on the mountain and in the valleys during your summer holiday in the Wildkogel Arena, which will prepare delicious Pinzgau dishes in a cozy atmosphere. And the Kogel-Mogel Adventure Arena is ready for your children: an exciting wooden playground right at the mountain station of the Wildkogelbahn.

Position

High above the Enns, between Schladming (Dachstein-Tauern) and Radstadt (Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé) with a wonderful view of the Dachstein massif. The house is surrounded by meadows, very idyllic, quiet and sunny next to the farm with stable, house, small snack station and its own schnapps and pine distillery.

Furnishing

The approximately 300-year-old farmhouse has on the ground floor: Large hut room with seating for up to 20 people with tasteful kitchen with electric stove, wood stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Playroom for the little ones. Living room with couch corner. Storage room, pantry, 2 toilets. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with shower/toilet, secluded private part of the old farm owner. Attic: 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is a double with shower/toilet, otherwise a shower/toilet in the hallway. Also: Central heating, satellite TV, radio. Terrace with deck chairs, grill, wide meadows, fish pond, fountain, playground. Visit the stable with cows, donkeys, sheep, piglets with your little ones. The farm's own mountain pine distillery for nature-conscious people, where the boss produces and processes mountain pine oil. Or watch how the finest fruit brandies are produced and bottled in the schnapps distillery.

The Galsterberg in Pruggern is a small but fine ski area with many possibilities.
Beginners will enjoy easy, flat slopes, while passionate skiers can let off steam on the 1,200 m long Vorderkar piste, which is rightly considered one of the most beautiful slopes in the entire region.
The Galsterbergalm ski area offers 20km of wide, perfectly groomed slopes and is part of the Dachstein-Tauern ski paradise with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152km of groomed slopes and is also a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). 
Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from Haus im Ennstal in 9 km. Ski school with childcare at the valley station. The 5 km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) ends at the valley station.
