Position

Our new chalet is located in front of the farm, on a sunny slope, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and not far from the Kitzbühel Alps region. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the upper Salzach Valley and the town of Hollersbach. It is only about 600m downhill to the Panoramabahn: the entry point to the top skiing and hiking area of Kitzbühel. The national park offers an endless number of excursion destinations, hiking and biking trails.

Distances

Hollersbach town with shops and restaurants 1.5km. Mittersill 6km. Gondola station of the Panoramabahn ski area Kitzbühel 600m below. In just 12 minutes you can float at an altitude of 1892m to 179km of slopes, a snow park and over 60 restaurants and huts! The area also offers fantastic ski tours through pristine landscapes, as well as a 200km cross-country ski trail network. The 14km long, illuminated toboggan run in the Wildkogel Arena is 6km away. Hollersbach bathing lake with large playground 1.5km, Zell am See-Kaprun region 30km, Krimml Waterfalls 22km. The area is famous for the Tauern cycle path, which leads from the western Krimml Waterfalls, along the Salzach to Passau, 330km away. Mountain bikers can choose between 100 tours in the Hohe Tauern or Kitzbühel Alps. The holiday home, which has been awarded 4 Edelweiss superior, was built in 2019 and is exclusive, very tastefully and high-quality furnished. You will find completely barrier-free on one floor: kitchen with seating area, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, exit to the sun terrace. The hut is located in Kolm Saigurn, in a wonderful, secluded location, surrounded by meadows through which the Hüttwinklache flows, foaming and bubbling. The hut can be reached from Rauris via a toll road (weekly ticket approx. €7 per car), through one of the most beautiful mountain forests with ancient Swiss stone pines and spruces.

Distances

The Hohe Tauern National Park, the immediate vicinity of the Großglockner or Sonnblick, many managed alpine pastures are ideal for hikers, the Rauris Valley is perfect for biking! Circular hiking trail from the hut! The nearest town is Rauris, 20km. 50m above there is a managed alpine pasture, about 400m opposite there is a nature lovers' house where you can stop for a break.

Position

The hut is very sunny, absolutely quiet, with a wonderful view, in the middle of the skiing and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In winter, you can reach it by cable car and then by chairlift and a slight incline (luggage transport with the hut owner) or non-skiers can walk 1km to the hut after the cable car. In summer, you can drive directly there in your own car (1x toll). In summer, the cows are on the mountain pasture and the landlord comes by twice a day to milk them.

Position

High above the town of Neukirchen, in the Trattenbachtal, in an absolutely secluded and peaceful location, in the middle of the hiking and alpine pasture area. The Trattenbachtal can be reached via the Salzach Valley. In Neukirchen you drive north and come to the Kitzbühel Alps. Here, between lush alpine meadows and small mountain streams, lies the beautiful alpine pasture.

The alpine hut used to be run and is now rented out to 1 group on a weekly basis. On the ground floor is the large, cozy guest room, where there is plenty of space around the cozy tiled stove. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, glass washer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine. Utility room with freezer, washing machine, space for bikes. 1 shower, 1 toilet. First floor: 2 four-bed rooms, each with a double bed and bunk bed, 1 room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with a double bed, bunk bed, shower and sink. 1 toilet, sink. In front of the hut there is a sunny terrace, seating, grill, large garden with a fountain and deck chairs. In the garden hut you have your own pine sauna! Behind the hut there is a fenced-off toilet and a drinks machine, if thirsty hikers pass by they can help themselves here. Heating with oil radiators. Satellite TV, high-speed WiFi available.
