Position
High up, in a wonderful alpine location, in the middle of the Sexten Dolomites in South Tyrol, there are 6 luxurious chalets to rent in addition to a serviced hut. Here you can take a deep breath and recharge your batteries, enjoy a powerful natural paradise with a wide view. Your car stays in the valley in a free, reserved parking space and you float up into the mountain landscape in just 10 minutes by cable car (train ticket not included in the price). Once you're at the top, we'll take care of your luggage and your chalet is just 300m away. A perfect place for people seeking peace and quiet, families, hikers and skiers! You can find the opening times on the cable car website! If you arrive late in winter, you won't be able to reach our chalets. In summer we offer transport in our off-road vehicle, at a cost of around 80-100 euros.
Distances
You are in South Tyrol, right in the Drei Zinnen ski area, with five connected ski mountains and a total of 110 kilometers of slopes! Your chalet is right next to the Rotwandwiesen slope, which is part of the Drei Zinnen Dolomites ski carousel. Ski school, ski rental at the valley station. Right next to the chalets, a 5 km long toboggan run winds its way down into the valley! An experience for all ages! Your chalet is also right in the Rotwand hiking area, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites. Many marked hiking trails with varying levels of difficulty lead through lush alpine meadows and green forests. The area is also an Eldorado for bikers! Leisure tours and flow trails lead down into the valley and up to hilly alpine pastures. Mountain bike or e-bike rental in the valley on site. Attractive area for climbers on site! Next town in the valley Sexten, Innsbruck 140km, Bozen 110km, Lienz 55km.
Furnishing
The 6 chalets nestle perfectly into the landscape thanks to their sustainable construction. The exterior facade is made of local wood, the steps are made of stone and the large windows reflect nature. Ground floor: living room with couch (sofa bed if required), kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, salt, pepper, sugar, oil. Bathroom with shower and private sauna, sun terrace. First floor: double room, triple room with 3 single beds, shower/toilet, sun terrace. Hairdryer, towels, shower gel available. Baby bed, high chair available, 2 satellite TVs, WiFi, shoe dryer available. Pamper yourself with a massage directly in the chalet or on your sun terrace. Pantry: for a fee: water, cola, syrup, beer, schnapps, several wines, pasta, tomato sauce, good coffee pads (espresso, crema, decaffeinated), tea bags, jam, honey, Nutella, chips, chocolate. Shopping service: we are happy to do the shopping for you, even on the day of arrival. Simply send us a list one day in advance and we will bring everything directly to the chalet. (We charge 10% of the purchase value or a minimum of 3 euros for this.) You can also buy groceries in the hut next door. Here you can have breakfast, lunch and, on request, dinner. There are also takeaway meals.
