Position

The hut is located on the Loferer Alm, right in the skiing and hiking area. In winter, the location is simply ideal! The hut is only about 70m from the mountain station of the gondola lift and is therefore also ideal for non-skiers and small children! It is easy to get there with a stroller or sled. The landlord will help you transport your luggage. In summer, it can be reached directly by car (1x toll).

Position

Our new chalet is located in front of the farm, on a sunny slope, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and not far from the Kitzbühel Alps region. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the upper Salzach Valley and the town of Hollersbach. It is only about 600m downhill to the Panoramabahn: the entry point to the top skiing and hiking area of Kitzbühel. The national park offers an endless number of excursion destinations, hiking and biking trails.

Distances

Hollersbach town with shops and restaurants 1.5km. Mittersill 6km. Gondola station of the Panoramabahn ski area Kitzbühel 600m below. In just 12 minutes you can float at an altitude of 1892m to 179km of slopes, a snow park and over 60 restaurants and huts! The area also offers fantastic ski tours through pristine landscapes, as well as a 200km cross-country ski trail network. The 14km long, illuminated toboggan run in the Wildkogel Arena is 6km away. Hollersbach bathing lake with large playground 1.5km, Zell am See-Kaprun region 30km, Krimml Waterfalls 22km. Position

In a quiet, secluded location, on the edge of the forest, in the middle of an alpine meadow, on the Postalm. Idyllic nature awaits you here in the middle of the Salzkammergut. In winter, the hut can be reached via a toll road up to 200m away. As of 2024: Winter from Strobl € 10.00/person € 5.00/child or from Abtenau € 17.00/car. Summer from Strobl € 17.00 per car or from Abtenau € 13.00/car. In winter: the toll is refunded when you buy a lift ticket. In summer, you can drive the last 200m to the hut on a forest path.

Postalm ski area with ski school, fun park, ski rental, high-altitude trails (up to 15km long!), 8 lifts and 20km of groomed slopes within 2km. Leave your car behind: free ski bus service on site! The Postalm is particularly popular with families, and is also ideal for cross-country skiers and ski tourers! Strap on your skis and ski from the hut to Zell in Zillertal, a total of 165 kilometers of slopes, state-of-the-art lifts, guaranteed snow until spring. Access to the cross-country ski trail from the hut. Ski school 2km, Filzsteinalm toboggan run 2km. Bread roll service and sports shop nearby. Nearest places to shop Königsleiten 1km, Krimml 10km, Gerlos 11km away. In summer, the region is also a highlight for all those who love the mountains! Hikes or extensive bike tours directly from the hut. If you like action: the Zillertal Arena offers Arena Coaster, Arena Skyliner and Flying Fox, single trails, via ferratas, water experiences such as rafting and canyoning, paragliding and much more! The Durlassboden reservoir is only 3km away. The spring water is over 20 degrees in midsummer and offers wonderful refreshment for splashing around, swimming or pedal boating. There is also a surfing school, sunbathing area and children's playground here! A special hiking tip: the circular hike around the reservoir with refreshment options at the Gasthof Finkau, Bärschlagalm and the Seestüberl on the dam crest. Position

The Family Resort is located on a sunny plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng, just 45 km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle. The lifts of the Radstadt-Altenmarkt ski area (member of Ski amadé) can be reached from the hut via a slope. Ski area and ski schools 1km by ski (inclined route) or 3km by car, Obertauern ski area about 15 minutes by car (seasonal operation until the beginning of May!), Tauern cross-country ski run 2km, 6km long illuminated toboggan run passes under the hut. In the town (3km) you will find a bus, train station, shops, swimming pool, tennis, golf course, riding stables. Hiking, riding and cycling trails directly in front of the hut. Swimming lake 10km.
