The hut is located in the picturesque “Heutal”, sunny and quiet! The Heutal is known as a paradise for ski tourers, hikers and bikers.

Distances

The Heutal family ski area with 4 drag lifts, 12km of slopes and ski school is 1.5km away by car. The Loferer Alm ski area (46km of slopes) is 14km away, Tiroler Steinplatte (32km of slopes) 17km away. Shops 5km away in Unken. Inn 1km, toboggan run 500m, wide cross-country ski trails from the hut, countless hiking and biking trails to gorges or caves from the hut! Bad Reichenhall thermal baths 16km, mountain bike rental 5km. The hut is the ideal starting point for trips to Salzburg, neighboring Tyrol or Bavaria!

Furnishing

The cabin has a kitchen on the ground floor with electric stove, oven, wood stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. Cozy living room with seating area by the fireplace, satellite TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet, underfloor heating. First floor: Stairs through the spacious four-bed room (double bed + bunk bed), 2 double rooms, 1 toilet. Cool storage cellar, bicycle storage room available. Heating with wood stove and electric. Seating area with grill in front of the cabin. We ask that you do not smoke in the cabin!

Electricity € 0.45/kwh, local tax currently € 1.80/person/night, wood € 45/week in winter. Final cleaning € 80. Bed linen € 7/set, towels € 3/set can be rented.
