Position

The hut is located in Kolm Saigurn, in a wonderful, secluded location, surrounded by meadows through which the Hüttwinklache flows, foaming and bubbling. The hut can be reached from Rauris via a toll road (weekly ticket approx. €7 per car), through one of the most beautiful mountain forests with ancient Swiss stone pines and spruces.

Distances

The Hohe Tauern National Park, the immediate vicinity of the Großglockner or Sonnblick, many managed alpine pastures are ideal for hikers, the Rauris Valley is perfect for biking! Circular hiking trail from the hut! The nearest town is Rauris, 20km. 50m above there is a managed alpine pasture, about 400m opposite there is a nature lovers' house where you can stop for a break.

Furnishing

The hut has a large living room on the ground floor with a seating area, couch, satellite TV connection, tiled stove, kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave. 3 toilets. First floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/shower/toilet, 1 shower/toilet. Central heating. Wi-Fi (€ 15/week) on request. In front of the hut there is a seating area, grill, fountain. We ask that you do not smoke in the hut!

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Electricity currently € 0.90/kwh, gas currently € 4.00/m³ (subject to change in 2023), local tax currently € 2/person/night, final cleaning € 180. Bed linen/towels can be rented € 20/set, deposit € 300, pet € 35/week.
