Position

The hut is located next to a barn and above a rarely inhabited alpine hut, in a wonderfully quiet area, with a view of the Hochkönig massif. Accessible via a forest road in summer, snow chains required in winter!

Distances

Nearest town Högmoos with shops, bakery 5km or Taxenbach 10km. Zell am See/Kaprun ski area 15km, wonderful ski touring area and tobogganing from the hut! Swimming pool 11km, bathing lake 15km, indoor pool, tennis, golf course, horse riding each 12km. 

Furnishing

The rustic hut has a living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette with a wood stove, oven and gas cooker. Cool cellar for food. Bathroom with shower/toilet. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. From the living room, there is a ladder to the 140cm high attic room for up to 4 people. Hot water with a bath stove, 12 volt solar power. In front of the hut, there is a wonderful alpine landscape, a fountain, a grill, deck chairs and a seating area.

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Local tax currently € 1.20/person/night, wood € 30/week, gas € 5/week, pet € 30/week. Bed linen € 7/set if required.
