The holiday home is located above Zwickenberg, in the municipality of Oberdrauburg, on the edge of the forest, in absolute peace and quiet! The first glance from the new terrace at the fantastic, wide view of the valley will clear your head and you can finally relax!

Distances

Oberdrauburg with inn, cafe, shops, swimming pool, tennis 6km away. Inns, wine tavern in Zwickenberg 3km away. Long hikes directly from the house! Swimming lake 24km away. On the Drau cycle path down in Oberdrauburg you can cycle to Lienz or Spittal, and you can also return by train! Next to the house there is an empty building with a garage that can be used.

The holiday home has a large living room on the ground floor with a seating area, couch, satellite TV, kitchenette with electric stove, oven, wood stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and exit to the balcony with a wonderful view of the Drautal! 1 double room, mezzanine: 1 toilet, upper floor: 1 double room with balcony, 2 twin rooms, bathroom with tub, shower, toilet. Wood central heating. Terrace seating with grill in front of the house. 

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Electricity and wood flat rate summer: € 15/week, spring and autumn € 30/week. Local tax currently € 1.80/person/night, waste disposal € 15/stay, pet € 20/week, final cleaning € 40, bed linen € 7/set can be rented.
