Position

This rustic alpine hut is located above Niederöblarn, quiet and sunny, with a wide view of the Schladminger Tauern and the local mountain Grimming. 

Distances

Niederöblarn 4km, Pruggern ski area 10km, cross-country ski trail 4km. Tobogganing possible in the immediate vicinity. Wonderful hikes from the hut, swimming pool 6km, tennis court 4km, bike rental 6km away. 

Furnishing

The rustic hut has on the ground floor: kitchen with electric stove, oven, wood stove, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. Exit to the sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the Ennstal. Hut parlor with seating areas, satellite TV, pellet stove. 1 double room. Wood-fired sauna, bathroom with 2 showers/toilets, 1 toilet. First floor: 1 triple room, 1 walk-through double room (with extra bed), 1 triple room with balcony. In front of the hut there is a fountain, grill, below there is a small pond. 

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Electricity € 0.65/kwh, pellets € 9/10 kg, local tax currently € 2.50/person/night, pet € 25/stay. Bed linen € 10/set can be rented. Extra bed € 10/night. Deposit € 150.
