Position

About 500m above the valley station, directly in the Lachtal ski and hiking area, but still easily accessible by car. Sunny, with a view of the pond in front of the hut.

Distances

Ski slope directly behind the house, ski and snowboard school at the valley station 500m below, cross-country ski trail, illuminated toboggan run and ice skating rink in the immediate vicinity. Shop 300m, ski hut 50m, inns 200m (open during the season). AquaLux thermal baths 30km, golf course 31km. The location is ideal for mountain bikers and hikers. 

Furnishing

The cabin is extremely comfortable, tastefully and luxuriously furnished. Ground floor: Modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove (induction), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, bar, dining area, living room with real leather couch, satellite TV and fully automatic fireplace, exit to the terrace. Wellness room with Finnish sauna, shower and relaxation room, toilet, anteroom, electric shoe dryer. First floor: 3 double rooms with satellite TV (2 with balcony), 1 twin room with bunk bed, shower/toilet. Wi-Fi. Terrace in front of the cabin with grill and deck chairs. Central heating via pellet stove. 

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes

Electricity € 0.40/kWh, local tax currently € 2.50/person/night, final cleaning € 120, deposit € 300. Bed linen can be rented € 10/set, please bring your own towels.
