The cottage is located in the middle of a fenced, 1,000m2 garden, on the edge of the forest, completely alone.

Next town with restaurants, bars, shops, Murau swimming pool 6km, Kreischberg ski area 14km, Grebenzen 12km, Frauenalpe 12km. Laßnitz bathing pond 5km. Many hiking opportunities from the hut. Tip: Visit the Holzwelt in Murau, the largest adventure center for wood. Here you can take part in wood walks in the summer months.

You live on 1 floor. Here you will find the hut's living room with seating area, wood stove, kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and exit to the 30m2 terrace. 1 double room, 1 room with bunk bed and pull-out couch if required. Bathroom with shower and sink and passage to toilet. Satellite TV, grill available. Electric heating and wood stove. In front of the hut there is a large, fenced garden, fountain, seating and grill.
