Position

The farmhouse is located above the Salzach Valley, in a wonderfully sunny location, surrounded by meadows, at the end of a farm track. During the year there are cows and calves in the stable at the back, in the summer they are on the mountain pasture and the stable is empty.

The two huts are about 20m apart, on a large meadow, quiet and sunny, between Radstadt and Schladming, about 3km from the town of Forstau. The location on the high plateau is ideal for families and guests who want to enjoy the quiet location on the edge of the forest, the fresh air, the evening sun until autumn and the view of the mountains. (Please no party guests)

Position

High above the town of Neukirchen, in the Trattenbachtal, in an absolutely secluded and peaceful location, in the middle of the hiking and alpine pasture area. The Trattenbachtal can be reached via the Salzach Valley. In Neukirchen you drive north and come to the Kitzbühel Alps. Here, between lush alpine meadows and small mountain streams, lies the beautiful alpine pasture.

First floor: 2 four-bed rooms, each with a double bed and bunk bed, 1 room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with a double bed, bunk bed, shower and sink. 1 toilet, sink. In front of the hut there is a sunny terrace, seating, grill, large garden with a fountain and deck chairs. In the garden hut you have your own pine sauna! There is also a 16 amp socket for charging electric cars and sockets for e-bikes (charged with a meter at 0.40/kwh). Behind the hut there is a fenced-off toilet and a drinks machine, if thirsty hikers pass by they can help themselves here. Heating with oil radiators. Satellite TV, high-speed WiFi available. Next to the cabin is an empty stable. The cabin has electricity from sustainable hydropower! No party guests please.

Position

The hut is located with a wonderful view over Himmelberg, sunny, quiet, about 50m below a farm. Himmelberg is at the entrance to the Nock area and close to numerous bathing lakes and is therefore ideal for winter and summer holidays!

Distances

Himmelberg 3km, Gerlitzen ski and hiking area 15km, Hochrindl 20km, Turracher Höhe 30km, Bad Kleinkirchheim 20km. Lake Ossiach 18km. Many marked hiking and mountain bike routes in the area! 

Furnishing

The hut has on the ground floor: living room with seating area (extra bed for 2 people if required), satellite TV, tiled stove, exit to the balcony, kitchen corner with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table. Shower/WC, washing machine. The spiral staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor directly into the large double room with closet and balcony, twin room, bathroom/WC. Heating with tiled stove and electric. In front of the hut there is a meadow, grill, patio furniture. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view of the valley!
