Position

The hut, made of natural stone, is in a wonderfully quiet location surrounded by meadows. It is not far from the village, but still in the middle of nature, with a wonderful, wide view of the Bischofsmütze, Gosaukamm, Dachstein and Tennengebirge!

Distances

Nearest town St. Martin am Tennengebirge with shops, bakery, restaurants 4km. Seepark natural adventure pool with water slide, children's playground, restaurant and 6,700m² water surface in the town! The hut is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours, many alpine pastures and huts invite you to take a break! In winter the hut is also ideally located: St. Martin drag lifts 4km, Dachstein-West ski region 7km, Snow-space Flachau 15km (15min).

The hut has on the ground floor: a living room with a seating area and couch by the fireplace, satellite TV, CD player, kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine. In front of the hut there is a seating area, a fountain, deck chairs, a grill, wide meadows and a wonderful view!

Position

The alpine hut is located in the Rauris Valley, on the outskirts of Bucheben. Quiet, secluded location, in the middle of a large property with 3 ponds, 2 of which have fish. The donkey, a horse and our mule graze on the property. Access to the hut is via a gravel road.

Distances

There is a small shop with a bar 750 m from the hut (farm bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, dairy products, farm products from the valley, small hot dishes, coffee, cakes, etc.), and a riding stable 750 m away. The cycle path runs directly 50 m from the hut. The area is simply ideal for hikes of all levels of difficulty to the many serviced huts in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Furnishing

The cabin has a living room on the ground floor with a seating area, kitchenette with wood stove and oven, washing up (cold water), eating and cooking utensils and a camping gas cooker. The stove is used to heat the cabin and to heat the water. The bedroom with 3 double beds is on the upper floor. 24-volt solar power for lighting is available. Mobile phone charging facility (12 volts). Outhouse in the garden. In front of the cabin there is a large garden, seating, solar garden shower (hot water when the sun is shining) outside and a grill (please bring your own charcoal). Fishing rod available.

The hut is located next to a barn and above a rarely inhabited alpine hut, in a wonderfully quiet area, with a view of the Hochkönig massif. Accessible via a forest road in summer, snow chains required in winter!

Nearest town Högmoos with shops, bakery 5km or Taxenbach 10km. Zell am See/Kaprun ski area 15km, wonderful ski touring area and tobogganing from the hut! Swimming pool 11km, bathing lake 15km, indoor pool, tennis, golf course, horse riding each 12km.

The rustic hut has a living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette with a wood stove, oven and gas cooker. Cool cellar for food. Bathroom with shower/toilet. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. From the living room, there is a ladder to the 140cm high attic room for up to 4 people. Hot water with a bath stove, 12 volt solar power. In front of the hut, there is a wonderful alpine landscape, a fountain, a grill, deck chairs and a seating area.

Position

In the middle of the family-friendly Fageralm ski and hiking area, next to the FOR-SBG hut, with a wonderful view of the Dachstein panorama. The Fageralm ski area is a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). The Fageralm is connected to the other ski areas by a free ski bus. Directly in Forstau, on the Fageralm you will find 7 lifts with 15km of slopes. 

Distances

The hut is located directly on the ski slope and in the alpine pasture and hiking area. In winter, access by ski lift (chair and drag lift) and descent to the hut or footpath from the chair lift 1.5 km. Luggage transport (passenger transport also possible on request) by the landlord with a skidoo. Tobogganing possible from the hut, serviced hut 150m. In summer, accessible by car, ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. Shopping, horse riding, tennis, golf, horse-drawn sleigh rides, etc. in the valley near the towns of Forstau and Radstadt, 10 - 14 km away.

The hut is easily accessible by car, has a garage and the ski bus stops right in front of the house! Gasteinertal thermal region 19km. In summer, an ideal starting point for countless mountain and cycling tours on the nearby Hochkönig! Rafting 10km. In the stable next door there is 1 Haflinger and 2 ponies for the children!

Position

The Family Resort is located on a sunny plateau in the middle of the picturesque village of Werfenweng, just 45 km south of Salzburg, 10 minutes from the Eisriesenwelt and Hohenwerfen Castle. In December 2023, 4 luxury chalets will open near the hotel, which can be used with all the resort's services (excluding food and drinks).

Rosnerköpfl gondola lift directly opposite with forest ropes course, mountain cart track, FunLiner, downhill skiing, mountain bike trails and restaurants. Werfenweng ski area with 29km of slopes in 1.5km, Ski Amade Hochkönig or Flachau each 24km. Cross-country skiing in the valley, toboggan run directly opposite. Countless summer and winter hiking trails from the hut. The chalets are the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the Salzburg region and in the Ski Amade or Schladming-Dachstein region. Position

The hut is in a very quiet, secluded location, with a wonderful view, near the Prebersee nature reserve in Lungau. From the end of February to mid-May, access via the 2km forest path is closed. The hut can only be reached on foot during this time.

Distances

The 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 2.5 km away. Tip: circular hiking trail around the lake, mountain bike Preber tour, extensive cross-country skiing tours, tobogganing, ski tours. Serviced hut on the lake with local cuisine 2 km away, in summer many alpine pastures are also serviced. The nearest large town is Tamsweg 10 km away. Speiereck or Aineck ski areas 20 km away.

High above the town of Neukirchen, in the Trattenbachtal, in an absolutely secluded and peaceful location, in the middle of the hiking and alpine pasture area. The Trattenbachtal can be reached via the Salzach Valley. In Neukirchen you drive north and come to the Kitzbühel Alps. Here, between lush alpine meadows and small mountain streams, lies the beautiful alpine pasture.

The alpine hut used to be run and is now rented out to 1 group on a weekly basis. On the ground floor is the large, cozy guest room, where there is plenty of space around the cozy tiled stove. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, glass washer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine. Utility room with freezer, washing machine, space for bikes. 1 shower, 1 toilet. First floor: 2 four-bed rooms, each with a double bed and bunk bed, 1 room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with a double bed, bunk bed, shower and sink. 1 toilet, sink. In front of the hut there is a sunny terrace, seating, grill, large garden with a fountain and deck chairs. In the garden hut you have your own pine sauna! There is also a 16 amp socket for charging electric cars and sockets for e-bikes (charged with a meter at 0.40/kwh). Behind the hut there is a fenced-off toilet and a drinks machine, if thirsty hikers pass by they can help themselves here. Heating with oil radiators. Satellite TV, high-speed WiFi available. This hut is located in the middle of the Postalm between Abtenau and Strobl on Lake Wolfgang. On an alpine meadow, in a sunny, secluded location. The neighboring huts are about 200m away. The hut can be reached up to 200m via a toll road. As of 2024: Winter from Strobl € 10.00/person € 5.00/child or from Abtenau € 17.00/car. Summer from Strobl € 17.00 per car or from Abtenau € 13.00/car. In winter: the toll is refunded when you buy a lift ticket. In winter access up to 200m, in summer you can drive the last 200m to the hut via a forest path/meadow path.

Distances

Nearest town Abtenau 15km or Strobl on Lake Wolfgangsee 15km. Postalm ski area with ski school, fun park, ski rental, high-altitude trails (up to 15km long!), 8 lifts and 20km of groomed slopes within 1.5km. Leave your car behind: free ski bus service! The Postalm is particularly popular with families, and is also ideal for cross-country skiers and ski tourers! In summer, there are circular hiking trails, the via ferrata in the Postalm Gorge, mountain bike tours, swimming under the waterfall or trips to one of the numerous managed huts and to the Salzkammergut. Lake Wolfgangsee can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Fresh farm products are available within 1.5km in summer.

Position

Die Hütte liegt in einem kleinen Hüttendorf, in wunderbarer Almlandschaft. Göriach ist bekannt für ein wunderschönes und vor allem sehr sonniges Gebirgstal mit bäuerlichem, dörflichem Charakter. Wanderer und Bergsteiger finden hier das ersehnte Naturerlebnis. Der Alpenverein hat Göriach nun sogar in die Riege der „Bergsteigerdörfer“ aufgenommen. Hier ist das Bewusstsein über den Einklang zwischen Natur und Mensch noch lebendig und man respektiert natürliche Grenzen. Die Hütte liegt am Fuße des Hochgollings, dem mit 2862m höchsten Berg der Niederen Tauern.

Serviced hut in the village. The nearest larger towns with shops, swimming pool, tennis, etc. are Mariapfarr in 12km or Tamsweg in 15km. Wonderful hikes or bike rides along the mountain stream to waterfalls and up to small lakes and to the AV refuge hut! 

Furnishing

The cabin is simply and rustically furnished. Living room with seating and wood stove for cooking and heating, one bedroom with 3 beds. First floor: storage room, where up to 4 people can be accommodated. No electricity, solar light, solar cell phone charging station. Diagonally opposite is the small, private bathing cabin with shower (solar boiler 120 litres, solar light) and outhouse.
