Position

The hut is located in the north-eastern part of the Mühlviertel, about 6 km from Liebenau, in a very quiet, sunny, secluded location. Liebenau is the highest town in Upper Austria and, with the Tannermoor nature reserve, the largest forest raised bog in Austria! 

Distances

Liebenau with shops, inn, tennis 6km. In winter, the hut is only 10 minutes by car from 3 family ski areas! Both the Liebenau ski lifts and the Aichelberg lifts Karlstift and Viehberg offer the best slopes, a children's area and a ski school. From the sun terrace of the ski hut you can marvel at the skills of the little ones. The Liebenau ski lift also offers a fun park and floodlit skiing. The high plateau is also ideal for cross-country skiing and skating! In the region there are over 280km (some with floodlights) parallel trails with cozy guest rooms to linger in! In summer, the hut is ideal for hikes and bike tours! E-bike rental in the village! Romantic natural bathing lake Rubener Teich only 10km. The area also has an extensive network of bridle paths! Visit the landlord's organic farm with about 50 Galloway cattle, 3 pigs, 4 horses, chickens, cats and 3 dogs within 2km.

The house has on the ground floor: very cozy living room with seating area, couch, tiled stove, small bar, CD player, radio, kitchen corner with wood stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove, coffee machine, exit to the garden. Cool basement, bathroom with tub and shower. 1 toilet. Sauna. First floor: 1 small four-bed room (2 bunk beds), 2 double rooms, 2nd living room with seating area and cozy couch corner (can be pulled out for 2 people) with satellite TV. Heating with tiled stove or electric. In front of the house there is a garden with seating area and barbecue. In summer the 4 horses, sometimes with foals, and sheep graze to the side. About 20m below there is a private fish pond with trout - fishing for a fee. Please do not smoke in the house!

Position

In the middle of the Dachstein-West ski and hiking area, on a sunny plateau, close to the lifts (only open in winter). In summer you can experience the peace and quiet of nature, the aromatic oxygen-rich air, the wide view of the sunset while barbecuing, while your little adventurers put up their tent. In winter, you can take the ski lift up, and the landlord will help you transport your luggage with his car. In summer, you can access the hut with your own car (only 1 car) via a 4km forest road. 4 day trips are included in the hut rental, each additional ascent/descent costs €26.

Ski area can be reached directly from the hut on skis. Nearest inn 200m (winter). Middle station 100m from the hut. Ski school and cross-country ski trail 700m. Shops in Gosau 5km. Alpine pasture 400m. The location in this natural paradise is simply ideal for hikers or mountain bikers! The Dachstein, the clear mountain lakes, the many huts make every heart beat faster. There is also a pond 400m above the hut, which provides great cooling in summer!

Position

In a wonderfully quiet alpine landscape, completely alone, directly in the Dachstein-West ski and hiking area, about 500m above the middle station of the Hornspitzbahn. In winter, take the four-seater chairlift to the middle station. The landlord will help you transport your luggage with his car. In summer, access is possible with your own car via a 4km forest road. 4 ascents and descents are included in the hut rental, each additional ascent/descent € 22.80. Due to the location on the edge of a raised bog, the air is aromatic and enriched with lots of oxygen, making the hut ideal for asthma sufferers!

Distances

Ski area accessible from the hut on skis (500m). Nearest inn 500m (open in winter). Ski school at the valley station, cross-country ski trail 3km away. Shops in town 7km away. In summer, wonderful hikes and trips to the Gosau lakes beckon. There is also a pond above the hut, which provides great cooling in summer!

The non-smoking cabin has a kitchen on the ground floor with a seating area and kitchenette with electric stove, oven, wood stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. In the municipality of Gosau in the Salzkammergut, at the foot of the Dachstein, with direct access to the Dachstein-West skiing and hiking paradise. The connection to the road towards Gosausee makes it easy to reach by car all year round. The car can be parked directly in front of the hut.

The exclusively renovated cabin offers a cozy atmosphere. Ground floor: large living room with dining table, a cozy couch corner by the open fireplace, sofa and satellite TV. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and kettle. Bathroom with bathtub/rain shower/toilet, storage room for groceries, anteroom with shoe dryer and infrared/steam cabin. First floor: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, shower/toilet and 1 washroom. An environmentally friendly, automatically controlled heating system ensures cozy warmth. In front of the cabin there is a furnished terrace with a charcoal grill, a large garden bordered by a forest and a small stream. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Bed linen and tea towels are included in the travel price.

The hut is isolated, sunny and quiet, about 4 km from Reichraming. The untouched nature of the Kalkalpen National Park is ideal for families, hikers and mountain bikers!

Reichraming with shops, bakery, inn, swimming pool, tennis, riding stables 4km away. The region offers a lot of culture and sights. River swimming pool (Reichramingbach with drinking water quality!). Pedal boat and rowing boat rental in the village. Fly fishing, guided mountain hikes, via ferrata 2km away.

Position

The hut is located in a quiet, sunny, beautiful alpine landscape, in the middle of the Dachstein-West region, on the Zwieselalm. In summer it can be reached either by car via a toll road (7km forest path) and a 20-minute walk, or via the cable car and a 20-minute walk. Luggage must be carried in a backpack.

Wonderful hikes or mountain bike tours from the hut. Nearest town Gosau 7km. Moor lake 1km. Serviced hut 250m.

Furnishing

The rustic hut has a living room with a seating area and a kitchenette with a wood stove and oven. Electric stove (2 plates), kettle, coffee machine available. Small bedroom with double bed (160cm wide), stairs from the living room to the attic, where there is sleeping space for up to 8 people. There is a shower with hot water (electric boiler) on the side, otherwise water can be fetched from the well in front of the hut. Toilet. In the basement is the old "poacher's hideout". If it's not too dark for you, there's even a sauna there! Electricity available. Seating area in front of the hut, garden with grill, well. Bed linen, towels available.
