Position
The hut is located above the town of St. Urban, a small town with a bathing lake, below the Simonhöhe ski area, completely alone, on the slope.
Distances
Ort St. Urban 4km, Strandbad Urbansee 4km oder Ossiacher See 18km, Skigebiet Simonhöhe mit 7 Schleppliften, 1 Babylift und insgesamt 12 Pistenkilometer in 3km. Bei genügend Schneelage kann man vom Skigebiet zur Hütte zurück abfahren – bis ca. 500m.
Furnishing
The rustic hut has a living room on the ground floor with a dining table, wood stove, electric stove, kettle, coffee machine. Shower/toilet, refrigerator. First floor: 1 bedroom with large bunk bed for up to 6 people and 2 single beds (electric radiator), 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. (Oil stove). Heating electric or with wood and oil stove. Electricity available. In front of the hut there are wide meadows, a grill and a wonderful view.
Additional costs on site subject to minor changes
Local tax currently € 1.23/person/night, electricity € 0.21/kwh. Final cleaning € 30. Dog € 15/week. Bed linen can be rented € 5/set.
