Position

About 500m above the World Cup venue Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amadé" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760km of slopes and 270 lifts), another 4 luxury chalets with their own indoor pool will be built in 2021 as a connection to the existing Schladming hut village. In this category you will live in the front row with a wonderful view.

Distances

Town of Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, après ski, shops, bakery 500m. The slope leads directly past the huts! The Planai West lifts or the chairlift (Hochwurzen) start 300m below. In the centrally located reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, pizzas, groceries, cigarettes. In the hut village there is also a 300m² swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6km, rafting 3km, ski school with rental 300m. Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!

Furnishing

The chalets have 3 floors and an entrance on both the basement and the first floor. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160cm x 200cm) for up to 2 children, with satellite TV and its own bathroom/toilet. The house is ideal for 12 people, but with the couches there is room for up to 12 children, making a maximum of 24 people. First floor: entrance with cloakroom, small safe, ski boot dryer, ski depot, toilet. The living room has a real cabin feel: here you live under the massive open wooden ceiling under the roof, and the large windows offer a wide, unobstructed view over the meadow and towards the sunset. The living room has a cozy couch corner with a view of the central fireplace, as well as satellite TV, a seating area at the large table, and a kitchen corner perfectly equipped for self-catering! There is an electric stove, 2 ovens, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, wine cooler, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a beer tap (for the village's own barrels). Choose wine (white, red or rosé) and champagne from the wine fridge (for a fee). If you don't want to cook yourself, we will be happy to organize a private chef for you! He comes from Schladming and will spoil you with pleasure, preferably with local food and at fair prices. On this floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, couch, satellite TV, private shower/toilet. MIDDLE FLOOR: Here are 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and, if required, a pull-out couch (160x200cm) with satellite TV and private shower/toilet and exit to the terrace with table tennis table. In the basement is the large wellness area with its own pool (3mx7m)! On 100m² you will find a sauna, infrared cabin, showers, toilet and a fitness room! Here is also the 6th bedroom with double bed, pull-out couch, satellite TV and shower/toilet. Cloakroom, entrance area. The huts are made by local craftsmen and the best materials, extremely elaborately, offer every comfort and have a very special feel-good atmosphere. Central heating with pellets, mostly underfloor heating, bathrooms with hair dryer, high-speed WiFi available. High chair, cot (foldable travel bed 60x120cm) available on request. We ask you not to smoke in the huts! In this hut you live in the front row and enjoy an unobstructed view. In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with seating and a garden with a barbecue area (OFYR Grill). There is also a bread roll service! Youth or party groups are not allowed.

Electricity according to consumption € 0.50/kWh, overnight tax € 2.50 + running costs € 1/person/night, final cleaning € 450. Deposit € 1,000. If required, bed linen € 8, towel set € 4.
The price is valid for 12 people. In addition, a maximum of 2 children (0-14 years) are possible per room. Extra bed couch or cot for children (0-14 years)

Position

In the middle of the family-friendly Fageralm ski and hiking area, next to the FAG-SBG hut, with a wonderful view of the Dachstein panorama. The Fageralm ski area is a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). The Fageralm is connected to the other ski areas by a free ski bus. Directly in Forstau, on the Fageralm, you will find 7 lifts with 15km of slopes. 

Distances

The hut is located directly on the ski slope and in the alpine pasture and hiking area. In winter, access by ski lift (chair and drag lift) and descent to the hut or footpath from the chair lift 1.5 km. Luggage transport (passenger transport also possible on request) by the landlord with a skidoo. Tobogganing possible from the hut, serviced hut 150m. Accessible by car in summer, ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. Shopping, horse riding, tennis, golf, horse-drawn sleigh rides, etc. in the valley in the towns of Forstau and Radstadt 10 - 14 km away.

Furnishing

The cabin has a large, comfortable living room on the ground floor with plenty of seating and a fully equipped kitchenette (wood and electric stove), oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. Satellite TV. 2 four-bed rooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed each) with shower/toilet. First floor: 3 four-bed rooms with their own shower/toilet (2 each with 1 double bed and pull-out couch, 1 x double and bunk bed), large balcony, satellite TV, sauna in the basement (operated with tokens € 5/30 min.), shower, toilet, oil central heating, ski storage. WiFi. In front of the cabin there are 2 sun terraces, a barbecue area, lots of meadow and a fantastic view!

Position

High above the town of Neukirchen, in the Trattenbachtal, in an absolutely secluded and peaceful location, in the middle of the hiking and alpine pasture area. The Trattenbachtal can be reached via the Salzach Valley. In Neukirchen you drive north and come to the Kitzbühel Alps. Here, between lush alpine meadows and small mountain streams, lies the beautiful alpine pasture.

Ort Neukirchen mit Schwimmbad, Tennis, Radverleih, Badesee 11km. Angelmöglichkeit 1km. Viele Wander- und Mountainbikewege direkt ab Hütte. Krimmler Wasserfälle 20km, Zillertalarena 25km, Panoramabahn Kitzbühel 23km. Durlassbodenstausee 25km. Ihr E-Bike kann man direkt an der Hütte laden! Die Hütte liegt im Privatgebiet und nur für Berechtigte ist eine Auffahrt mit PKW erlaubt – Sie als Mieter bekommen den Schrankenschlüssel, werden aber von Fremden nicht gestört! 

Furnishing

The alpine hut used to be run and is now rented out to 1 group on a weekly basis. On the ground floor is the large, cozy guest room, where there is plenty of space around the cozy tiled stove. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, glass washer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine. Utility room with freezer, washing machine, space for bikes. 1 shower, 1 toilet. First floor: 2 four-bed rooms, each with a double bed and bunk bed, 1 room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with a double bed, bunk bed, shower and sink. 1 toilet, sink. In front of the hut there is a sunny terrace, seating, grill, large garden with a fountain and deck chairs. In the garden hut you have your own pine sauna! There is also a 16 amp socket for charging electric cars and sockets for e-bikes (charged with a meter at 0.40/kwh). Behind the hut there is a fenced-off toilet and a drinks machine, if thirsty hikers pass by they can help themselves here. Heating with oil radiators. Satellite TV, high-speed WiFi available. Next to the cabin is an empty stable. The cabin has electricity from sustainable hydropower! No party guests please.
